Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Welcome drinks and fruit in rooms. Very nice breakfast and restaurant.

Pool was green because of the algae. Needs a uv filter. Tiles very slippery around pool area. People dining having dinner next to the pool when we was using it. Felt awkward. No changing room near pool or private showers. So had to go back to room in wet clothes.

Being a frequent traveller, it is getting rare these days to rate a hotel 5/5 or a hotel that convinces you to come back and stay again. The Way Dhaka for me turned out to be an exception. During my stay for 10 nights, Right from check in to checkout everything was flawless. Most stand out points were 1. Cleanliness- rooms are perfectly clean, no mosquitoes etc even in rainy season. They do a spray everyday and a guy with mosquito racket in restaurant all the time. Room service cleaned room everyday 2. Staff- usually hotel staff offer help once. Here the staff went out of the way to repeatedly to see if I need anything. Special mention for Shawon (who was a one stop shop for anything I required), Yasmen, Harun and Litton. They made my stay memorable and absolutely hassle free. They were Always ready to help me with smile on there face. All other staff easy equally helpful 3. Location- it is located in a quite street unlike other hotels , still within a walking distance to main market etc. 15 -20 mins from the airport 4. Food- If you are fond of Srilankan food, please visit their restaurant at floor 8. They have variety of food but Sri Lankan food, Murgh Mirchi (spicy chicken gravy) and meat lovers pizza were top 3 for me. i loved their caramel latte in their coffee shop. 5. others- room service is very efficient. Always provided extra bottles of complimentary water. Gym on floor 9 is small but with basic equipment including one treadmill, cycle and free weights (dumbles). Swimming pool is great with a view Overall, Way Dhaka would be my first choice whenever I would return to Dhaka

Breakfast was amazing. They even packed a breakfast for us to go because we had an early flight. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped us with everything we asked for with a positive attitude. Very clean. You won’t regret booking this place. In fact I have already booked for another visit to Dhaka. The other hotels are very expensive. This is best value for a 5 star hotel. They speak English. There are English sockets. Wi-Fi is good. I am very well travelled so if u say it is good, it is good. Also they have a cheap transfer to airport. Their grilled chicken sandwich is amazing. We ordered one to take on the plane as plane food sucks.

Lighting could be better in the room, at least there should be an option.

The staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. From the airport pickup to the check in staff. I believe I was one of the few people who were visiting Dhaka for tourism purposes, and the staff did everything they could to ensure that we had a great stay and saw all the attractions. The swimming pool (when open...) was fantastic and had a superb view of the Gulshan district of Dhaka. The breakfast was extremely plentiful with a variety of western and local options. Room was comfy and did not hear any neighbours during our stay at this hotel.

On our last day in Dhaka, we decided to take a pool day only to discover that the pool has been completely closed and drained. The only information provided was that an 'incident occurred' - but we were in the pool the night before so unsure what could have happened between then and the next morning.

Service exceptional.including in the restaurant where the accessible chef magicked up excellent food. Room, facilities and room views great - as was infinitypool (on 2 sides with city scape views- perfect, along with sauna and fitness suite. Can't fault the hotel atball- will definitely want to stay again. And hotel meet and greet at airport as welcoming and seamless as hotel stay. Everyone went the extra mile with no fuss

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous especially a lady named Tanzeum who went over and beyond to take care of me at breakfast every morning. Furthermore the room was clean and housekeeping and room service were prompt with any requests.

The hotel could add another floor of smoking rooms and having a bar at the hotel would have been nice.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, great breakfast, and awesome views! What more could you want. We had a great time here and would definitely come back to stay again. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and so kind which we really appreciated!

I wish we could have stayed longer!

My first time in this hotel and my room has been upgraded....thanks to booking.com. I like my room especially the bed and pillows. Location is also good and quiet though they're close to several restaurants. I would stay here again.

Towels too old. Breakfast food can be improved.

Boutique hotel feel in the embassy district of Gulshan which is safe and secure. The rooftop pool is nice but no lounge chairs-too hot anyways. Breakfast was very extensive and room service was prompt and delicious. Room was cleaned well daily and we felt welcome at the hotel.

cappuccinos at breakfast are charged at the same price as Starbucks. Also If you book on Booking.com you don’t get to use the one free airport shuttle service.

Calm and quite location, clean nice and quiet room, friendly staff, nice view from the top floor restaurant and open roof pool. I ordered the airport pick-up, so not only Hotel managed the car, but also ordered assistance for me inside the airport, which was a nice touch.

Transport services offered by hotel are 5x/10x more expensive than Uber. Ok, it can be more expensive than Uber, but not on this level. Laundry cost also way too high for Dhaka price levels.
