The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They picked me up from the Airport within 1 hour of my booking. They helped to carry my luggage. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. Hot water was readily available in the shower room.

The toilet (commode) was broken, which caused inconvenience. The walls were not soundproof, so noise from passing vehicles could be clearly heard inside the room. The AC only functioned in cool mode and did not provide warmth. Despite booking a room for three people (including an infant), the bed size was inadequate to comfortably accommodate us. Additionally, the pick-up and drop-off service charged extra, which was unexpected.

Spacious room, large bathroom & bath (with hot water), comfortable bed, fan and AC. Restaurant with in-room dining option. I stayed one night for an early morning flight which was perfect (good location), I could also imagine staying here longer (based on the room only, I didn't check the surroundings).

Carpet doesn't look very clean, furniture looks basic. None of this bothered me as I am not that interested in aesthetics. Breakfast starts at 7am, there are in-room options (full meal only). Quite a bit of noise from the nearby busy street if you are sensitive to that.

I am extremely grateful for the 5-star service provided by the Richmond Hotel. One of the things that stood out to me was the friendly staff and their consistent smiles. In Bangladesh, it is rare to see employees smiling, but at the Richmond Hotel, the staff genuinely seemed happy and satisfied with their jobs. This is evident by the constant smiles on their faces.

The location of the hotel is very near to the airport. The hotel maintains good safety and security Staffs are very gentle and helpful. Breakfast is good enough. Rooms are spacious and hygiene is maintained well. It is worthy and value for the money.

Need to focus on cleanliness and hygiene. There was no refrigerator in my room.

I found the free airport transfer very helpful, the staff were nice and polite. Great location for airport transit I liked the housekeeping services. Though a lot of things were not provided but when asked they immediately provided me with all I needed. The staffs were very nice. The interior of the room was good almost the same as picture. The property is safe for female solo travelers.

🥰 Main point is everything is clean & the bathroom are so fresh & clean. Breakfast was good. And the food was really good. The size of the room and the comfortable mattress. Minifridge was working properly. Housekeeping and other standard room auxiliaries were fine.

The hospitality, even with the riots and delay in flight they accommodated best they can and ensure the safety of everyone. Family loved it and 4th time using this hotel for my lay over

The property is located a stones throw away from the airport, very convenient

The property is located on a Airport service Road, which means there is only one way traffic in order to get to the airport. I have to take a long route

People behavior was really good, but worried about security issues. Management need to take care on that.
