The hotel is pretty new and close to the airport. Bed was comfy, AC was amazing and the view was just fantastic. The large windows brought in loads of natural light. Very quiet room. Safety access available too. Friendly Staff among them Mr Nahid their reception Manager and also Tareq, Alvi, Mamun, Asad were great..

Expected Buffet Breakfast though they explained the Ramadhan Sohur and set breakfast. But Comparatively food cost is too much higher than other hotels.

What do you expect when you are on a business travel? I am sure one would look for comfort and peace. That's what this hotel provides. The whole staff I met were courteous and helping. Special mention for F&B Manager Moshiur Rahman Chowdhury. He made everything possible to make sure that I was getting what I want to eat. Hotel is clean, rooms are just decent size, roof top pool and small cafe arrangement gives you a good feel. Watching sunset from there was amazing.

I had given suggestions to F&B Manager already to make the menu purely global to suit everyone's need. That's the only point I want to mention here. I saw some changes already happening towards end of my trip.

honestly, in all the years that I have travelled and all the difference countries that I have travelled to, this hotel by far has given me one of the best experiences. The people really go out of their way to welcome you. the distance from the hotel is around 10’mins. All the hotel staff and managers greet you and make you feel very welcome. very high international experience. a special thank you the management and Shushubon (I think that’s how you spell it. Hes at the front desk in the morning). he really helped me when I initially checked in, allowed us to checkout when we wanted because we came at 4am and then throughout the day they all checked in on us. we left some of our valuables in storage with them as we went on to travel through Asia land came back after a couple of weeks to collect them. they welcomed us, allowed even though we were just passing by, offered us coffee and allowed me to freshen up and shower before travelling to another city. honestly, they didn’t have to do any of that.

Clean and comfortable place close to the airport with a great staff. We had to leave the hotel at 4.30 am and when we arrived at the reception, they had prepared excellent breakfast boxes while our driver was waiting for us. The roof terrace with the sunset, the pool and a good drink was also a huge plus.

Our room was quite high but we could still hear some car horns at night. But difficult to avoid noise in Dhaka I assume :)

It was secure, exceptionally clean and staff were very friendly. It was also close to the airport. Hotel arranged meet and greet for me at the airport and sent a nice air conditioned transport to pick me up for 20 extra dollars.

Food and drinks were very expensive at the hotel and unfortunately did not live up to the expectations given the price paid. They also changed something I had ordered without giving me notice. Incorrect room service number was given and I tried contacting the number as written in the room but no one picked up. The next morning I discovered it was the wrong number and was a communication error. Not enough continental food selection at breakfast.

For Bangladesh this was very good. Reminded me of holiday inn hotels in the UK (the spa ones) the equivalent of an upmarket 3 star or standard 4 star hotel. I got it for less than £50 a night which was a bargain. There's an infinite pool on the roof top terrace however its very close to the bar and seating area. Amazing views of the hustle and bustle of Dhaka. Room was very good although the bathroom had a few aesthetics that needed repairing but nothing that annoyed me too much. The restaurant looks amazing but the food is absolutely horrible (breakfast) and water costs approximately 14x more than buying it from the shop next door.

Bathroom had rotting grout, broken tiles and shoddy workmanship on repairs. Breakfast was disgusting. Prices for water was extortionate.

Very good staff going the extra mile to make sure guests have a good experience. Very nice comfortable rooms, nice roof terrace, good food at breakfast and in the hotel restaurant generally. Good location for accessing the airport and near the Dhaka bypass if going to Sonaragaon. Highly recommend.

Wifi was intermittent in the room

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Best Western Plus Maya Hotel in Dhaka. Before I checked-in to the hotel I was contacted to see if I needed any help or assistance with my arrival. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the staff and appreciated the tremendous courtesy which they showed from the moment I arrived at the hotel. I really loved the layout and presentation of the hotel and it made my stay very special. My room was big, comfortable and clean. I also received the appropriate service for my room at frequent intervals and the service staff was always checking to ensure that my stay was comfortable and without any issue. The quality of the food and room service was great, it was timely and fresh. This hotel had the standard of a luxury hotel in Dhaka and was very comparable to other luxury hotels I have stayed at in USA. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this luxury hotel in Dhaka, which is also very close to the airport.

This hotel is very modern with many amenities. I requested for airport pickup and from the pickup to the hotel room the journey was very smooth. The young trainee Sazzad was very helpful and gentle while showing me all the facilities in the room. The room was quite spacious and all the items were well maintained. The breakfast was good and you will get all standard items. A very good experience overall. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms and the hotel is small and for this reason also not that noisy. All the people were very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel is great.

The Sport facilities did not work correctly. hopefully it will be fixed next time. Also a small beer in the hotel would have made the stay perfect.
