The staff were amicable and professional. They were committed to providing personalized services to us. The location is quiet but slightly offbeat for commotion. Mr. Arif provided timely updates and genuinely put an effort in ensuring maximum comfort. Similarly the security guard posted on October 30's afternoon & subsequent night (whose name I forgot unfortunately) have been a joy to converse with. I can have nothing but praise for the employees.

The location & the markings could be a lot better. Again, commotion was a major issue with cars. However, it is the concern of the overarching company. Amenities such as toiletries (shower-curtains. or shower-supplies) and utensils-plus-cutlery provided could & should have been better. Also as a recommendation, having KEY Cards and an Microwave-Oven would have made it way more pleasant. Having to call the reception so many times is not the most efficient way.

decent hotel for western tourist. halfway between airport and city center. quick uber motorbike it's no problem. Good safe food and found a bar near it. Mr lipton the owner is a wonderful person and his staff help you with any issue. hotel also will provide a letter of invitation which is needed to enter bangladesh.

the room is OK but just don't except the ritz now.

Everything was within my expectations. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Even the CEO was present at the reception to greet me and was willing to take more care if needed. He also provided me with some reliable car rental options. The place is secure and felt like home.

this is the best hotel in dhaka with reasonable price and awesome place..i dont know why this hotel got low rating,but blv me they are the best..yes,they dont have restaurant but you can order everything from foodfanda app with low price and the hotel will serve you without any service charge..all the staff are well mannered,kind..

Staffs were really friendly. 24Hr open . Very respecful. They will help you call ober (vehicle), direct plaes and give genuine suggestions. It was very good stay than expected.

The hotel is clean and safe. The bed is super comfy. Prices are reasonable. If I go again I will stay in that hotel again. Highly recommend it if anyone wants to stay. Best hotel I have stayed in so far.

This hotel is located next to the park (or field) and in relatively quiet area. The manager and staffs are polite and friendly.

I couldn't get the receipt at the time of check-out and later they sent cam-scan file to me by Whatsapp application.

The staff especially Master Ratul were very nice Mr Ratul is a very responsible man and he helped us as we are foreigners and we don't know anything about the city but he helped us and made a programme for us and didn't let anyone to xheat on us regarding prices The hotel is clean There is a very good point there is free WiFi everywhere in the hotel and tjis was amazing for me
