NH has become one of my favorite hotel brands. Here's what I really liked about this one: + Staff is super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping works extremely hard and it shows! + Hotel simple, but well designed. + Goodies (flavored water and candy) daily for free. Free drink at bar if you forgo housekeeping. + Room was quiet and mattress was excellent. + Shower was strong and bathroom products very good. + Close proximity to train station, supermarket, healthy food, central Antwerp, and park.

Small slights: + Pillow wasn't firm enough for my noggin. + Aircon wasn't super strong. May be a part of the hotels green efforts.

The location for us was perfect because we took the train to Antwerp and the hotel was across the street and down about a block. We were taking the train again to Holland so again, so easy for us. We super appreciated how easy the checkin was. Although our room was not ready, they assigned us a room and stored our luggage while we went for lunch. They were helpful in helping us choose a place to go for lunch as well. We were really pleased with the room, and the comfort of the beds plus the lighting options and a great shower. We had a little trouble with the Nespresso in the room but did not ask for help until we checked out. There was a turn on button we did not see, so our fault. Next time we will ask sooner.

I cannot think of anything, we were very satisfied.

We liked the location as it was right across from the train station, very convenient as we had a lot of luggage. We did t have to walk far to get to the center of town. The hotel was very nice, the rooms were like soundproof, we didn't hear anything from the outside.

We were told when we checked in that if we didn't use room service we would receive a free drink voucher for the bar every day we didn't use room service . We were there 3 nights. On our 3rd night we decided to go to the bar and use our 2 vouchers. We were told they were only good for house wine or water or soda. We could t even use the cost of those to apply to a mixed drink. We opted to get 2 bottles of water and pay for our gin and tonics, we were floored when we got the bill, the drinks ended up being 15.50 euro a piece. They charged for the gin and the tonic separately. We won't do that again.

Breakfast was amazing, staff was super nice! Bed was really comfortable, loved the pillows and the fact that we were provided more than one by default. The hotel was quite and comfy, yet super well located. You can literally enter the train station from one of its side entries by just crossing the street from the hotel main entrance.

Breakfast was amazing, but I really do not understand the need for music (and loud enough!) in the morning at breakfast, that is really a turn off. I was charged extra because apparently I had booked for one person... Toilet brush missing in the room bathroom, showerhead nozzles could have been better (water flow from the top was quite light).

I was really impressed by this hotel. I was originally going to book the Radisson Blue in Antwerp but the good reviews of this place had me book it instead. It was such a good hotel stay, price to quality ratio was excellent. I had a room with a terrace which was so lovely and nicely landscaped with plants. It was really hot in Antwerp when I stayed and really was a bonus to have. The breakfast was so extensive it was almost ridiculous, in a really nice breakfast room too, and the staff were all so lovely and professional. Gabriela at check in was especially nice. Really just seems like a really well-ran hotel, will deffo stay here again when in Antwerp.

For the price I paid there was very little I didn’t like. My room could have been a bit cleaner, and it would be great if the hotel had a sauna and steam room but really no issues worth mentioning.

The breakfast choice was immense and seemed to cater for everyone's taste. My room was comfortable and well appointed, and well sound insulated from the street and railway station opposite.

My frustration with this hotel and all hotels for that matter is that there is generally only one or two coffee pods or sachets in the room, I would like to be able to have the ability to have a coffee at will in the evening and morning. The hotels always say that more are available of request but these are such tiny things and a couple more in the room as standard would not break the bank and save me the hassle of trailing down to reception for more.

My wife and I spent 1 night in Antwerp. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and especially of the train station. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was also very nice. The bed was comfortable and basically we had everything we needed in the room. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Since we only had one small suitcase, we did not bother to book a bigger room (the room was 23sqm) but the bathroom was a bit too tiny in the end, and had only one sink, so maybe next time we should still consider a bigger room, even for 1 night. The complimentary bottle of water is a nice touch but, being 2 persons, maybe 50cl is a bit too small. I would suggest 2 x 50cl bottles, or at least a 75cl one. But these are just small points. Our stay was pleasant and we would still recommend this hotel to friends.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Of particular note is the buffet breakfast setup which is the best I’ve ever seen. the food quality was also exceptional but noteworthy were the scrambled eggs which were perfectly prepared and the self serve waffle maker which produced incredibly light and airy waffles. I am a chronic complainer and even I have not a single thing to find wanting at this hotel. Very well done.

Second time we stayed in this hotel for s short 2-day City trip to Antwerp. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the central train station. This means it is a bit of a walk (ca. 10-20 minutes) to the old Town center where all the tourist attractions are. However, we appreciate that this hotel is clean and comfortable and the price is not more expensive than other hotels. It is basically a 'safe choice' for traveller's who just don't want any negative surprises and want a clean room and no fuzz.

The interior is very nice and the rooms are very big and comfortable. We had a little issue with our room, and they immediately gave us an upgrade. The bed was super king size and we slept like babies. My favorite thing about this hotel was the breakfast. This is the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel by far!!!!!

The only thing was that you have to pay five euros per hour to park there. For example, we parked and we were leaving again so we had to pay €10 for two hours. If you stay overnight then you have to pay €30 to be parked there which I also feel like he’s still a lot of money. so we decided to park outside of the hotel.
