The hotel is in the city center, near to all of the important venues. All the colleagues were extremely kind and helpful - Christine, Mathias, Jan-Peter all of them (sorry I can't remember the others name). They let us get the room earlier than the check in time. The bed was very big and super comfy. We had a lot of storage-place in the room. The housekeeping immediately helped us when we wanted to get 2 separate duvet and more hangers. The Indian lady from the housekeeping was kind and very fast. The breakfast worth every penny, delicious, great choice and with a nice view. The elevators in the hotel are the fastest one, that we have ever experienced.

We asked for a not-connecting room, but it was connecting. It made noise just at the first night (noise neighbors with kids), but because they were so nice to give us the room much earlier than the check in time, I didn't complain.

Location was perfect. All major sites were walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Liked the fact that you could have a light meal at the hotel in the evening if you didn't want to venture out. However this was not made clear on your website or literature. We happened upon it by chance!!

The lighting in the room was not that good especially as we were two ladies trying to put on make up. The huge arch lamp near the window was ridiculous and not needed as there are reading lamps by the bed and other lights in the room. It would have been better to have a bright lamp near the mirror in the main room for putting on make up & for drying hair.

The staff were friendly and super helpful and accommodating. They replied quickly to messages and were happy to allow us to check in late due to our travel arrangements having us arriving in Bruges after 6pm. The room was really clean and well appointed with no faulty equipment or broken decor. Room was cleaned daily, and water bottles always replaced. The breakfast was fantastic with a really good selection of food on offer on a well stocked and well tended buffet, with attentive staff in the restaurant who were happy to answer questions about the city and give advice. Slept really well in the room too - the air ventilation system is really quiet so you aren't kept up by any noise, and there's no noise from the city either despite the central location of the hotel. Because it's so central, tourist attractions are mostly within a five minute walk, and though we didn't take them up on it, the hotel offers discounts on bike hire. Once we'd checked out, they were happy to store our luggage for us until we were leaving the city, which made our last day so much easier. Absolutely fantastic stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Perfect location. Right in the centre of Brugges. Had a lovely big room that was so spacious . Beautiful big beams in the ceiling. Was very quiet . Bottle of water in the fridge. Extremely comfy beds. Exceptionally clean. The car park is adjacent to the hotel. However, when you drive up the one-way street to the hotel and see the hotel sign, you then drive round, take the next left to the other side of it. It is next to their restaurant. It is 30 euros . However, when you check out, you can still leave your car there for a day. Height of car park is under 1m58

They take a deposit on your card and then refund any money you haven't used which is a bit of an odd way of doing it .

Room is clean and excelent. Bed is very comfortable. Hotel staff are helpful. Location is amazing.

We used hotel car park. On the parking gate it says parking is for hotel guests only. But no one told us, daily car park price is 30 EUR. So when ve checked out they wanted to get car park payment and we didnt know. Maybe they can put an info on reception or explain when the people check in. Because paying 90 EUR for the car park was shocking.

brilliant location right in the centre. room was great - beds were comfortable, room was really clean and well set out, plenty of room. staff were friendly and extremely helpful. on site pool which the kids loved. loads of choice at breakfast. brilliant property all round.

Parking, this wasn't really an issue from the properties side but we have a van and the parking next to property wasn't big enough so we have to park 5 min walk away but parking price was reasonable though €15 for 24 hours. i expected the parking not to be great as the location is right in the middle of everything but didn't ruin our stay at all!

The beds were very comfortable, this is important to me especially as I have a damaged spine. It was a treat to be able to sit in a chair of good height to read. The breakfast was exceptional. The choice was amazing - I ate more than I would normally on holiday. The staff were brilliant, even down to recommending a time for a taxi to the train station. They were spot on. The hotel is on one of the 2 main squares with interesting buildings, eateries and lovely walks on the doorstep.

nothing. I couldn't find any fault with the hotel. The sound proofing was brilliant. We could't hear any of the other guests. Even at 7 in the morning the staff were awake and polite and helpful.

We were allocated interconnecting rooms as requested ( No.s 704 & 705) which overlook the square outside. Rooms were spotless and spacious with very comfortable beds. Sofa and table with chairs also within. Staff were so very friendly and the breakfast exceeded expectation. The hotel is spotless and location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Bruges. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is great. Quiet location. The room was a nice size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The lighting was good. The windows open for fresh air. The bathroom was clean and modern. The people at the front desk were very helpful and courteous.

Walking from the train station, you have to walk past all the main areas of the city as it's slightly past these areas but once you get to the hotel, the location is great. The view from my room was not great but it was not a problem at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and spacious, breakfast was really nice with a variety to choose from and the location was perfect to explore the City of Bruges.

I enjoyed the breakfast, however, slightly expensive. It was ideal to have on-site parking, however, 30 euros a night is a little steep, however, the hotel allowed us to park at the hotel for the whole day following check-out.
