We booked a room for two people. The bathroom was shared. The room is excellent for 2 people and the washroom is also very neat and clean. The owner Patrick was very helpful. We leave our luggage after checking out for 3 hours as our Bus was at the evening.

The room is not totally soundproof. We heard the noises from the next door which were a bit uncomfortable at night.

Really easy to find and get into. The apartment was big and cozy, and the bed was great to sleep in. The interiors were designed in ways that were modern but also managed to appreciate the history at the same time. Very comfortable place. There was a small issue that needed to be fixed and it took maybe 10min for a person to come check it after it was reported, so it was very efficient.

The toilet lock didn't work properly (easy to fix though), there were no night stands and the sound proofing was virtually non existent. Netflix also didn't work (have to figure out other things to do, oh no.)

Nice layout of the room, very clean and fresh. The housecoats were a nice, relaxing touch. The location was good as we were at an event in St.Gilles. Coffee was convenient and the bed was large and comfortable.

The apartment was a little run down and could use some attention/fixes. There is a kitchen, but it was not equipped to prepare a meal. Lastly, while the bathroom was for our use, it was outside the apartment, which lacked privacy.

The rooms are cozy, they have working heating. The bathroom is really clean and it has shared living room and kitchen. Fresh towels and bed sheets. The owners let us leave our luggage there after the check out while we left the city.

The stairs, we had 3 suitcases and we got the 4th floor no elevator. The stairs were really narrow, it barely fits a person going up so we had trouble carrying the luggage to our room. The location is good, near metro station but not walkable to any touristic spot. To Grand Place <30 mins walking.

I liked everything. The room was beautiful and clean, it was in a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood, it was cheap. There was maybe 100m to tram and half km to metro. The bathroom was clean, and there was a shower and bath. The kitchen was nice. If we come again to Brussels we definitely will come here again.

Little thin walls. It is not a problem if your neighbours didn't have a party. And I hope that people who are gonna party take some other place to sleep.

Nice place to stay for 1-2 nights, amazing location on quiet street. 20m n walk from railway station, a lot restaurants in 10min walk. Really high ceilings. We liked lights in the room

You can hear neighbors through the door and it was kitchen next to our room - so we hear a lot on noise in the morning. There was no disposable slippers and we have no possibility to found some in any store, for us it was surprise.

Well located, about 15 mins walk from Midi station and 10 minutes from Louise metro station. Rooms are adequately furnished for a short stay; bedsheets and towels provided; bathrooms are shared between two or three rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a balcony. No lift, so you should only stay if you're prepared to climb stairs. Like all shared properties, you are dependent on the behaviour of other guests to an extent - but this was all fine for me. I only met staff briefly but Patrick was very friendly.

Nothing - see above for things to be aware of.

The property is easy to access, the staff are nice, and it is comfortable to stay in. I’d definitely go back.

The shared bathroom door easily opened to other guests even when locked because it was slightly broken - I’d recommend a new door or lock to make people more comfortable.

The room was clean and very spacious with giant windows. There was a fan in the room which was great for a summer stay. The bathroom was clean and fairly modernised. Clear communication from Patrick about how to enter the property and access the room if he is not in when you arrive. loads of fridge and freezer space, though this is shared with other guests

The walk up the hill from the metro with luggage isn't ideal (we only had backpacks and a couple of handheld bags). The door handles on all the doors feel as though they are about to fall off so we were always over cautious about turning handles.

The location was fine, about 8-9' on foot to the metro station (Louise). The architecture of the buildings in the area was AMAZING (more art nouveau). I liked that even though we knew we don't have breakfast included (because it's a guest house, not a hotel), Patrick (our host) did leave us 4 coffee capsules so we can make our morning coffee and we thank him a lot 🙏🏻 He also sent us detailed instructions about how to get in, in case he wasn't there to open us. Finally, the building was so traditional and beautiful, and room too.

One thing we didn't like was that the bathroom wasn't inside the room, we didn't know that as it wasn't mentioned in Booking. Another thing we didn't like, was that our room didn't seem the cleanest, I mean the bed was ok, but the rug in front of the bed, was a little dirty, also the bathrobes inside the wardrobe smelled a little, so we didn't use them. Furthermore, everything inside (the stairs on the floors, the floor in our room) had no soundproof, everything was made of wood and as a result, you could hear every step.
