The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable! The location is really good, there are plenty of restaurants near by. It’s 20 minutes walking from the Grand Place and 15 minutes by tram. It has a rooftop where you can have a drink at night.

We booked this hotel because we were traveling by car and it said that it had parking, but we were not able to use the parking at all because it was never available. You cannot reserve a spot and had to ask for one every day at 9 am (and still, we did not get a spot) so we had to pay for public parking.

The room was great but could have done with another mirror as it was 3 girls travelling together and only mirrors available were in the bathroom. We booked a room for 4 which had bunkbeds which was cool. Pool area was super cool.

We weren't told it was necessary to book a table in the roof top bar, we went up one night and was told it was full, we said we would try the next night which was our last. We went up earlier the following night to find that most of the tables had been reserved it was never mentioned to us that this was necessary, either at check in or when we went up the night before. I sent a message to ask the best way to the hotel from the airport using public transport and never got a response. Very little information was given about the hotel on check in.

Hotel staff were really polite and friendly, the hotel has an industrial feel and clever arrangement of rooms. With the bunk bed tucked up above the lounge accessible with a ladder was a hit with our kid. A plunge pool, rooftop bar and a bar at the bottom floor with restaurant. Really enjoyed the stay and fact it is well connected to downtown with a tram, and the trams were not too noisy at night. We could park on premises for 15euro.

There is no fan in bathroom so it fogs up a lot. We loved the bar on top floor, on second night of our stay we were turned back saying there is no room in entire bar even for one drink (though we were hotel guests). One of the reasons we booked JAM was the perk there is lovely rooftop bar in the hotel, so this was bit disappointing.

Comfy beds in a good location with well equipped room. Rooftop bar with a great view, and the swimming pool with area to chill very nice very nice. The building tho have some issues and puts you in really funny situations that nice and helpful staff take you out off. COMPLIMENTARY JUICE IN THE RECEPTION 2 FLAVOURS. Alarm function in your TV among many of the great features.

Building has some problems for instance the elevator is a big roulette, i still don’t understand how it works, so you’d think “hey lets take the stairs” but the fire exit doors don’t seem to work so sometimes you are locked out and have to go to the ground floor to take the elevator to your floor.

Excellent location close to restaurant areas in Chatelain and not far from Louise. Well connected with 2 tramlines and metro not far from the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean. It has a nice Asia restaurant and a nice terrace car on the rooftop

Elevator and corridor is somehow dark, maybe because of energy efficiency measures. I recommend the hotel to put some more powerful lights. Staff at the breakfast is a little bit unfriendly and sharp.

The room was very nice. Loved the vibes and decorations, feels very homie, but also comfortable. You've got everything you need in the room, the bed is very comfortable. Staff was great, we could park our car just in front of the hotel for extra. The breakfast was very good in the super well decorated restaurant.

I am not very sensitive but I can imagine the room being a bit noisy. We were on the 3rd floor with windows on the main avenue, and I believe that if you are noise sensitive, it's not the best.

We liked the relaxed casual atmosphere of the location with many restaurants and bars. It is very easy to get to from Train station Midi 25 min walking distance. The tram station to central is 1 minute from the hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked the and the modern design.

The restaurant had a Mexican theme while we stayed. I would have preferred Belgian or modern cuisine. Sadly on Friday evening the Spa Sauna was closed - I also find 40 Euros a bit expensive as a hotel guest.

Modern architecture, that some may find brutal, but if that's your thing you'll enjoy the stay. Hotel has an independent Japanese themed restaurant, you will need to book as it's popular with non-guests. In the basement is an Atsukan where you can unwind. The rooftop bar again can be popular with non guests - but you can reserve some seats. They have finger food to accompany drinks. Weather meant we didn't get to enjoy the roof top terrace or the plunge pool, but with better weather that would be good to experience. Hotel is situated on a main road, with frequent trams, but tbh we just walked everywhere.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic - we hadn't paid with the room, but regardless you can pay on the day. The variety of food was limited, and often had to wait for items to be replenished. Cutlery and bowls/plates were in short supply. I'd recommend heading over the road to the cafe.

Staff in general are super friendly, facilities are great, rooftop bar and pool are too. The layout and design of the building and mainly the rooms are marvellous. Most hotels look exactly the same and fair play to Jam for daring to challenge it and make a different experience. It is a lovely hotel to stay mainly during summer when you can fully enjoy the pool and the view.

The only two disappointments are that the sound isolation is poor, you can hear people talk in their room, walk around the room, and even drop a coin on the floor (thanks neighbour upstairs), and the breakfast ends at 11am sharp if you havent finish they wont wait for you they ask you to leave the premises which I have never encountered before, I found it unnecessary and rude.

Modern yet eclectic hotel . Staff were very friendly and helpful. English was spoken . The room was roomy, clean and unique. Had a queen bed and bunkbeds. Coffee maker and condiments. The staffs response to a non working coffee maker was quick and pleasant . House keeping was efficient. Location was nice and close to things. Many attractions and brassiere . Walked at different hours and felt safe. Cool views from the roof top bar. Fun times! Oh we were very late in our check in time and they seemed not to mind.

Cannot say anything negative. 1st time in Europe and all was great!
