The room was very spacious, full of light and quiet. The housekeeping services were excellent and on a daily basis. The kitchen lacked certain features that we could have used as a toaster oven or dishwasher. The location was a little far from the sights and everything closed down when the EU was not in session leaving a void in cafes and restaurants. Te nearest grocery store was a half mile away. The room was very functional but lacked character. The staff was very accommodating and someone was always at the desk for any issues.

This was our second stay at the MAS Aparthotel EU. The first time we discovered the location perfect for seeing the town. The room was quiet, the staff was excellent, and the hotel provided secured parking. For this second stay, we were even more pleased. Once again we were give a (different) comfortable and quiet room. The room was spacious and came equipped with a wonderful kitchen and a large bathroom. We returned to Brussels this time to see the famous Brussels Flower Carpet in August. The MAS Aparthotel EU was a wonderful choice for us. We were able to walk to the flower carpet each day of the festival: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and so get different views of the flowers at different times of the day. The MAS Aparthotel enabled us to have a wonderful, relaxing time in Brussels, despite all the throngs of people in the city to see the flowers. If we return to Brussels we will stay here a third time.

Everything was great!

Very spacious room with kitchen, dining, lounge and bedroom areas. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's a shame I wasn't staying for longer!!!

I was able to check in 2 hrs early (which was a bonus). The downside was that this cost an extra 10 Euros (should have been 20 Euros - 10 Euros/hr). It was discounted, but would have been a nice touch for it to be complementary - only a suggested small improvement.

Good location close to the city but away from the noise. Spacious room with everything we needed to be able to have breakfast in the room. Large, comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space. Provision of coat hangers by the door which many hotels don't have.

The quilt was too hot at night for comfort, the option of lighter bedding would have been welcome. To be fair, though, we didn't ask.

Comfortable apart hotel, also for longer stay in European district, everyday cleaning service, quiet room. You have all needed - sitting area, working desk, dining table, kitchen facilities.

The only thing is an unpleasant smell in the corridor, but not in apartment.

The location of this apartment-hotel is fantastic! We could easily walk to museums and parks with 15 mins. The room is big and with a nice small kitchen. The reception desk is very friendly and kind. We enjoyed staying in the room after touring downtown Brussels.

I wish there's water filter in the kitchen. I normally do not mind tap water. Nevertheless, this time in Brussels I feel the taste of tap water isn't pleasant and a bit hard to accept. Other than this, everything is very nice in this hotel.

The room sizes was exceptionally big, excellent for small families. Fully equipped kitchen, work table, large space etc. Wooden floorings. staff was good and helpful. Good location as it is walk able to metro stations and the central train station( without luggage).

I generally liked the stay in this place, nothing to complain about . but if i had to say something, it would be the bed was spring type, so not very comfortable if you have a bad back.

Very spacious room and quite location. It was easy to get to city centre either by walking 1.5 km or the metro train.. The room was spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful. Good air con, eating places were close by and can cook in the kitchette.

I found the price for adding a baby cot (20 euro per night) too high - everywhere else we stayed in Belgium during our trip it was for free. For half the price that we would have paid for having the cot during our stay, we just bought one and took it back home.

We stayed in the Salsa suite which was much larger than we expected, with an extra bedroom. Large backyard access. Laundry available in the room.

It was almost too large for just the 2 of us (with the extra bedroom, would be a great place for a family). Shower tub is high and would be hard to enter if someone has difficulty with mobility. The bedroom door creaked - a lot. Keep it open so you don't wake others when you get up in the night to use the bathroom!
