The breakfast was good, plenty of options for everyone. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The mattresses were a bit thin but the pillows were super confortable. We stayed on the 2nd for and there was no noise whatsoever, even being near a main road. The bathrooms were okay, mostly clean but definitely in need of a deep clean. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the city center which was good (between 8-11:00 there's quite literally no one on the road—shops pretty late here— so don't worry if it feels a little sketchy, the streets will be packed by 1:00pm) if not, an Uber to the city centre is about 10EUR which I think was pretty fair. The staff was fantastic and super lively and helpful. The decor is absolutely amazing, vibes are great and they have a cool bar and communal space where you can watch the live soccer game. The restaurant in the hotel was also pretty good, prices were about 30 EUR/person. Overall, pretty good, would recommend, and would return should we visit Brussels again.

There was an alarm that went off at 6 am (ironing room was closed when it was supposed to be open) we know it was out of the control of the staff but it was still a very disorienting experience with the blaring alarm.

Great location, easy to get into the city centre by bus or 20min walk. Cafes and restaurants nearby and a couple drinking spots so it was perfect location wise. It was a little noisy outside and the aircon didn’t really work so you had to open the window, can’t imagine what it would be like in the middle of summer. The room was very clean and a decent size. The bathrooom was really small but decent and functional. The shower was ok, although the plug hole was weird and you’d kind of slide into it which wasn’t great but it wasn’t too bad. Safe were amazing, very helpful and even let us check in early which we were very thankful for. I also liked how we got given a free welcome drink.

The noisy street and lack of proper aircon

I can not speak highly enough of the staff. They made me feel very welcome and were always up for a chat, and they went to great lengths to accommodate additional requests where they could. Modern concept. Nice bar/common/reception are to hang out in.

Despite being relatively new, the walls had some scuff marks. The rooms are simple and minimalist so don't expect too many features (ie no fridge, stationary, etc). There were some broken pavers outside the hotel that made a clunking noise every time they were driven over that could be heard day or night in the rooms facing the front. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of.

Review moxy I had a lovely stay at this hotel. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. I was given a complimentary drink token at check in. I absolutely love the aesthetics of the hotel! The room was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. I couldn’t quite get the AC to work but I wasn’t too fussed as the room wasn’t too hot or cold. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in! There was a nice gym downstairs with lockers available to use. The location of the hotel was good. Just before the high street with an array of shops and places to eat. There was a bus near by and the station was 10 minutes away by car. I stayed for one night and was able to store my luggage and use the facilities in the hotel until long after my checkout time as I wasn’t leaving until evening. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the hotel design and atmosphere. The room was super clean, the design was cool and the size was great compared to other hotels I stayed in , the bed was comfortable, there was a coffee machine in the room which made me so happy .. the room cleaning service is 10/10 i loved how they cleaned everything and kept the room spotless.. The staff on the reception are amazing, friendly , helpful and professional They were so helpful whenever I ask for something .. (Giulia,Xavier,Martin, Chelsea ,& Joana .. u guys are the best 🫶🏼) The location is great for shopping , less than 10 mins walk to all the luxury brands , and so many specialty coffee and breakfast places nearby.. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider booking again whenever I’m back to Brussels

Nothing, but I would love it more if there was an iron in the room instead of going to the ironing room

The location of the accommodation was perfect. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, and it's just a 20- to 30-minute walk to the Grand Place. It's a great hotel for a short stay. The checkout staff and restaurant staff were also friendly.

We did miss having a kettle or a mini-fridge in the room. The mattress was also a bit uncomfortable, and the TV froze a few times. We had to restart it multiple times to get it working properly again.

Great vibes inside the hotel and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location is easily accessible via public transport and there are many cute cafés, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

The view from the window window is ok - but that didn't matter since I mostly spent my time outside

The overall layout and design of the hotel is great, it is located in a quieter area of the city whilst also remaining local to the center, the bed was very comfortable and I thought the welcome drink that was included in the price was a lovely touch! From a Booking.com perspective, I liked that the booking was under a free cancellation and you had the flexibility to pay how you wanted to.

Although this is stated in the booking and will be fully refunded (upon satisfactory inspection of the room after guest departure), I did not like the security deposit that had to be paid on arrival. The charge is €50 a night, which for me came to a total of €150. It's not a hidden cost by any means, however it is a cost you can easily forget about and be surprised with when you arrive. I did notice that a similar charge was present for another Brussels hotel, therefore this may be standard for the city, however I do still feel it is extortionate if you are staying for any longer than a night.

The accommodation was very clean, modern and the staff very friendly. The room although not the biggest is perfect for a couple to stay for city break. Our room faced out to the road but we never had issues with noise. There is a scooter and bike rental just outside too. Bed was very comfortable and room was made and clean towels every day.

The main street to walk down to Metro or to centre is not the cleanest but perfectly fine.

Breakfast was fine but I only had cereal and some fruit. But there were hot options as well and it all looked appetizing. The rooms are as expected - I LOVE the low level led lights that come on when you walk in or get up out of bed etc. I love being able to cast from my phone to the TV.

Not being able to get a cup of tea of coffee outside of breakfast without paying, other than the one free hot or cold drink you get with your booking. Also no drinking water or anything like that in the rooms.
