Good position, near the city centre by foot or with bus (number 71, 5 minutes walk, 15 minutes of bus). Simple to reach by metro from Bruxelles-Midi (if you came from Charleroi) or Bruxelles-Central. Friendly staff, spacious and bright room. The gave us two magnetic cards for opening the door. It's possible to leave the luggage after the check-out. We didn't try the breakfast.

Staff were friendly. Room was exactly as expected, small but had everything I needed and enough space as a solo traveller

The glasses and coffee cups in the room were not clean, the cups were stuck to the tray. I had brought my own travel mug so used this for my coffee

The hotel offers a decent choice for Brussels at a reasonable price. The room was clean and peaceful. The staff were polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. In general, I would say it's a good value for money.

There were a couple of minor issues. Perhaps, the most important has to do with the position of the toilet, which was just next to the corner - as a result, it was almost impossible to properly sit, and I'm certainly not a big person. The shower sliding door was also a bit hard to open and close. Last, the room was in general a bit narrow and for instance, working on the desk was a bit tight. Another minor issue was the location. The hotel is close to Louise, which might be ok for shopping and perhaps going out, but not really well positioned in relation to central locations.

BUT BOOKING.COM SCREWED UP MY BOOKING AND YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL ROOM I DID NOT BOOK (£118.26). TO ADD; YOUR WEBPAGE WAS PLAYING-UP, IT FROZE SEVERAL TIMES, BOMBARDED ME WITH SUGGESTION TO DOWNLOAD YOUR APP AND WITH ADVERTS. I BOOKED 4 NIGHTS AND THEN ADDED AN EXTRA NIGHT, ON THIS NIGHT YOU BOOKED TWO ROOMS, THE BOOKINGS WERE FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR 4- NIGHTS PLUS 1-NIGHT EXTRA. I'm informed by my daughter the hotel staff were very friendly and obliging and that she would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to friends and colleagues at the EuroParliament and University. Perfect location for sights, shopping and transport.

The hotel is very well located in a quiet little street, but close to the metro. The room was surprisingly large, comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom had a bathtub (although I prefer the shower), but the bathroom was well-equipped: there was a hairdryer. There was a water heater, tea and coffee in the room, and a small fridge. There is also a TV, but we didn't use it. The internet was easy to connect to and the internet was fast, reliable. The reception was very nice, if I had a request they helped me. Breakfast was first class - especially for a small hotel. The mini croissants and the pain au chocolat are fantastic :-) Good coffee, fruit, friendly staff. Our room had a terrace, but it was cold and we didn't use it. But in good weather it can be a nice place to have a coffee or a chat. All in all, the accommodation is very good to relax in, very well located, very good breakfast and nice staff. I think we have found a place to stay in Brussels that I think we will return to.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the amenities were great. It was also relatively clean. As someone who dislikes touristy locations, I liked the location. The staff was very helpful. The room had windows both in the room itself as well as the bathroom. The AC was also a nice touch.

The price seemed a bit high in my opinion. Although the bed was somewhat comfortable, it wasn't a big bed but instead, two smaller beds which wasn't great. I found some dirt on the curtains and the bathroom door and would be nice to see them clean as well. My room wasn't isolated well enough and I could hear other guests easily.

Front desk was open 24/7 and service was really nice. They were flexible with the check out time since i had some online meetings and thanks to them I was able to take it from my room iatead of finding a coworking space or something Location was really nice, liked the ixelles area, full of nice cafes and restaurants near by. Area felt safe and was a few blocks from turist center (But still in walking distance), what I like. Public transport close and easy to reach. Central trainstation is close so taking a day trip was easy. Water preassue in the shower was suprisingly good.

Facilities are bit out dated, but basic clean and ok. Soundproofing of the rooms aren't that great (especially in the room near the elevator), so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The bed was quite soft for my taste. Room size was ok for one person, for two person it might have felt too small. There isn't any nice lobby area/bar inside the hotel. So for evening drinks, find a bar near by hotel. Near by there weren't any grocery stores that would have been open till late (closing around 20).

The young staff members who welcomed me were very friendly 🙂 The request I made for a quiet room on the high floor was considered and made real. The high ceiling in the corner room was very nice. The bed was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was quite ok especially the goat cheese and the scrambled eggs.

The shower plate was not large enough and I had to be very careful not to spill water on the floor. The plugs in the bathroom did not work, I told the reception on my last day because there were enough plugs in the room so it was not a big issue for me. There is not a lobby area to sit by the reception

I have stayed at the hotel a few times, and always was pleased. This time my room was in the side building. This was exactly the same quality as the rooms in the main building. The entrance is just a few blocks away in the same street, and both the design and the room quality are the same. Relatively sizeable room, recently renovated, simple but good quality furniture, and a very comfortable bed. The linen and the towels were and of decent quality. The bathroom was elegant and modern. But the best part was the convenient location. A 20 minute walk down to the Grand Place, or the same distance to the Flagey lakes or the Chatelain. Great bars, restaurants and cafés are a few corners away. A quiet street in an otherwise bustling area.

There were no hangers for the towels in the bathroom. But that was about all.
