Location was excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk away from the Grand Place. Rooms are also quite nice, clean etc. Staff was also quite friendly and helping, they even upgraded our accomodation w/ breakfast out of their goodwill.

Our shower was a bit small (may be it was about just in our room, which was on 1st floor) as a 1.95m guy I was barely able to take a shower properly. Using curtains in the shower was a bit out of fashion and needs to be replaced for a hotel like NH. In any case, our stay was worth the money we spent.

The hotel is so close to the Grand Place, Royal Gallery of St. Hubert, and other attractions like the museums and lot of galleries in Brussels no need to take trains or taxi.. everything is walking distance from this great hotel. Metro is nearby too so if you are arriving from the train station, the hotel is just around the corner. I didnt know whether they serve breakfast, but I was able to walk to the Gallery and enjoy fresh baked goods and best way to enjoy Brussels. Brussels is such a great city, esp. the old city and staying in this hotel was so easy to enjoy everything by foot and exploring the city.

A bottle of water from the lobby was expensive, wish they could have given couple of waters as complements.

The hotel was immaculately clean and smelled really nice. This is evident throughout the whole hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and fluent in a variety of languages. The hotel is situated perfectly in the centre Brussels where the main shops, markets and grand square is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Despite it being in the centre of the city, the road adjacent is quiet at night so sleep was undisturbed. The room was spacious, clean and smelled great. Amenities available were extensive and a shop in the lobby is great if you need something in a pinch. The food options at breakfast were great and the dining area and buffet area were kept well stocked and clean.

The air conditioning wasn't amazing but it was still functional. The breeze from the open window was good though.

The stuff is AMAZING! They were very polite and kind, open to help you with anything you needed. The room was perfect, and it has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety of food. The location is what We liked the most. It's near to everything. You can just walk everywhere. If you want to go to another city or just on the other side of Brussels, the metro and train station is about 5 min walk. I really recommend the hotel! It's 10 /10.

Super comfortable stay, near all the shops, scenic places, close to Tootbus pick up point, near the Centraal station.. Staff super accomodating.. Front Desk- Super friendly, making sure always for a pleasant check in and check out experience, not making you wait long.. Really friendly.. and I like that… Breakfast- Food always warm, wide selection of food, very cozy dining area, love the minimalistic interior.. Housekeeping- fresh towels everyday, and coffee pods refill too.. Bed really nice to sleep on and tidied up during most days of our stay.. The entire hotel smells good from the lobby, elevator up to the hotel room. This hotel is really after the comfort and convenience of their guests.

Just noticed some dusts on the furnitures, cabinets… but it’s bearable because bedsheets are clean, towels fresh and room smells nice.

The hotel was fabulous and excellent value for money. It is really centrally location - less than a 5min walk to the train station and a huge range of shops/bars/restaurants were within minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were super comfortable. They also had a great sustainability scheme - you got a free beverage in the lobby for every day you didn't request your room to be cleaned - we thought that was a great incentive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful - one of the best hotels i have stayed in!

We stayed for the second time in this hotel and because it created a very good impression, we booked again this year. The hotel is centrally located right next to Saint Michele Cathedral. The staff is very kind. The breakfast was excellent, very varied, the products were fresh and every day they had quite a varied range of fresh fruit. Excellent coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was simply great. Near the Central Station and the Grand Place district.

Our room had a separate entry for bath and toilet use. However, the bath shower area had a huge tap installed such that it made showering difficult as the tap gets in the way. As for the toilet there was no sink to wash our hands after use. The hotel could install toilet bowls with sink basin built above it.

This hotel is amazing, they were able to accommodate us checking in very early (at a reasonable fee) which was great after a very long flight. The location is perfect for staying within walking distance of the main attractions in Brussels, without being in a loud area. It is within walking distance of the Brussels-Central railway station (though the streets are cobblestone so be careful if you have rolling bags). The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We loved that the wifi worked well, they provided good coffee, and the room had a mini-fridge. They also provide a free drink if you're staying more than a night and forgo cleaning services, which is a nice touch.

The shower area is pretty slippery, but otherwise, the property perfectly suited our needs. No other concerns.

It was a real pleasure to be 2 minutes away from Grande Place and the Galleries. The room was spacious and the temperature was the exact temperature it should have. The double bed was very comfortable, there was a coffee machine and boiler for tea as well as a bottle of water complimentary. I would absolutely come back during next visit. It was also very very clean!!!

One or two notes for attention: They should offer a transfer to airport at a good price. After all the hotel belongs to a chain… Secondly, the drink they are offering is of a bad quality and it would be better not to offer it at all And the glasses from all the clients during the day stay there all day too. Noone takes them to the kitchen It is a bad view for someone entering or going out. At last, the locker of the door of the cabinet toilet in our room was not working well and many times I thought I would be locked in..
