It was close to the train station, 2 minutes walk. It’s close to the Grand Palace and other tourist spots but it’s tucked away in a quiet street. Across the hotel is a famous sandwich shop. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was just the right size. It had a mini refrigerator, an executive desk and chair. The bathroom was a decent size. It also had a safety box in the room.
They charge Eur50 as deposit without telling you ahead of time. I only found out when I saw the credit card slip. I would have opted to put the deposit in cash so I get it back upon check out. The refund of the deposit still has not been reflected in my credit card statement and it’s been 5 weeks now.

Excellent location, since I needed the train station close, and center was also very close; Fitness room was excellent, breakfast was very good, room was comfortable - overall comfortable hotel. Staff on check out was very nice, helpful and quick.
Staff at the check in was not really polite; we had problems with credit cards - there is not possibility to pay through the mobile app (no wireless payment at all), not accepting all credit cards, and the employee looked at me with a contempt - didn't feel welcome nor pleasant. Also, I didn't receive the full information on check in (hardly any information) so I always needed to come back (breakfast hours, check out time) waiting in the que to get the answer. There is no el. socket on both sides of the bed, only one. Water takes time to adjust (English style with separate hot and cold water handles) - but I guess this is the matter of getting used to, so not really a minus.

Location was fantastic, 2 mins walk from train station (useful since we had to catch 5am train, walking distance to Grand Place and many good restaurants. Staff were helpful to store our bags as we arrived early at 9am, check-in was 3pm. Secret Rooftop provides amazing view, be sure to go up and take some nice photos from 5pm onwards. Room amenities- has safety deposit, water kettle, coffee, tea and milk. Has a bathtub, warm water and hairdryer. Internet was stable, comfortable bed and clean towels. Near a carrefour convenience store, easily get drinking water and croissants and other necessities. Has an old europe feel.
Hotel feels a little dated.

Breakfast was excellent. There are both hot and cold choices as well as a good selection of juices, milk, coffees and teas. The room was spacious and allowed for a comfortable working environment. The bed was a decent size and provided for a fair sleep. Overall its a nice older well established hotel.
The first night we arrived it was cold. The air conditioning is central and if it was adjusted in the room it really did nothing to affect the temperature in a positive way. The staff were helpful and courteous, brought an extra blanket and a heater to warm things up. They figured out how to turn the air off in the room the following day and were quite good about ensuring our comfort.

It is in a great central location. Going from the hotel to the train station was a breeze. The Grand Place is literally 2 minutes away on foot, thus all the best food and beer was nearby, too.
The rooftop bar was a joke. Paying 10 euros to get in and then waiting 25 minutes for an 18 euro drink from a lazy, uncaring bar staff was insulting. There were 20 guests and we all waited while the staff smoked, joked, and did as little work as they could. Not recommending the rooftop bar even if the view is excellent. Make it free to enter and replace the staff with people who want to SERVE CUSTOMERS and I might come back.

Hotel location very good, about 5min walk from Central Station. Room was quiet, no noise from adjoining rooms or the street outside hotel. Excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and pillows very good. Room cleaning was excellent. There was a staff member at reception dealing with tourist info, however I found information was limited. We visited European Parliament, you need passport to gain entry, no charge. 30 min walk from hotel. We did a day trip to Bruges and Ghent with Keolis tour operator. Andrea was our guide for the day, tour was in Spanish and English, she spoke both languages fluently. She was outstanding. She had a great personality and gave us loads of information.

The Warwick Brussels location is right in the center or within 200 meters or a couple city blocks of Grand Place, markets, shopping and wonderful restaurants. The staff upon arrival greeted us warmly and each and every day they were very helpful and positive. All the staff have a pleasant demeanor from the front desk, to the breakfast and dinning, all the way to the cleaning staff. The continental breakfast was excellent. There is so much to choose from whether bacon, eggs, sausage and waffles or fresh fruits, yoghurt, breads and juices, there is plenty. I am glad we stayed at the Warwick Brussels and if I get the opportunity to return, I will stay there again.
The rooms could be improved a bit. The small things such as the bathroom tiles, the toilet seat, and a few other minor items in the room need tightening and fixing, but these are minor things. The internet is hit and miss. Every time I reentered the hotel I would have to reconnect, and often, we would lose connection with the hotel wifi. Additionally, the wifi is only free for 3 days. I would expect the wifi to be free no matter the length of your stay.

This is a lovely hotel and the location is perfect. Right beside Central Station and literally around the corner from the Grand Place. Housekeeping top notch.
There is no bar which is disappointing for a tourist or leisure traveller especially if you like to pop back during the day for a rest and a quiet drink or a coffee. Admittedly there is a rooftop bar but it doesn't open until 5.00pm and given the climate won't be an option for a large part of the year. I got the impression that a lot of the guests were business groups so probably wasn't an issue for them but the lack of a bar meant the hotel seemed lifeless and quite dead. The rooftop bar would definitely be a fair weather destination.

Our recent weekend at this hotel proved to be a delightful escape. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The staff's attentiveness added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The breakfast was truly exceptional, offering an impressive international spread that would satisfy any palate. The chef's attention to dietary requirements and cultural preferences was evident in every thoughtfully prepared dish. The room exuded tasteful décor and comfortable furnishings. The bed was firm, and just how we like it, ensuring restful nights. Parking was conveniently available on-site at €25 per night – a reasonable rate for the area and the peace of mind it offered. However, I must mention the bathroom's shortcomings. The shower head's placement would challenge anyone over 5'8", requiring a bit of ducking and manoeuvringg. The water pressure left something to be desired, turning what could have been a luxurious shower experience into a somewhat less indulgent affair. Despite these minor bathroom issues, they did little to detract from what was otherwise a perfect getaway. The hotel's strengths in service, comfort, and culinary offerings far outweighed these small inconveniences. Would we return? Absolutely
