Hotel was very nice modern rooms, great location to the train station & Eurostar, with entrance direct from the train station. Only had cooling for temperature control, no heating & husband found the room cold. 25 min walk into center for walking tour, it was a nice walk. Staff in bar area very friendly, we did not eat in restaurant.
Heating of room, it was cold & raining during our stay, hubby was given extra quilt to keep warm.

The location is perfect. Direct entrance to the train station and 20 mins walking distance to the city centre (grand place etc.). Loved the modern and elegant interiors and comfy bedding.
We arrived at 2pm and were told to come back at 3pm. They had some strict policy of no check-ins before 3pm. Thus, resulting long queues during check in time. We entered our room at 3.45pm

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was modern, the bed was super comfy. I loved the rainfall style shower in the room. Our room was ready to check in early which was a nice surprise, and when we checked out they happily stored our luggage for us. The location of the hotel was convenient, literally next to the train station. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice/variety. As a Brit I found it strange to have chicken legs as part of breakfast as that's not a thing here! There was a smart TV in the room which had English TV Channels and also had YouTube and casting features. We had a really nice view of the city and train station from our window which we loved.
Was slightly disappointed there was no nespresso machine as was shown in the photos on here. It was shown on the photos for classic room so thought they would be included. There were no dressing gowns provided either, which are also shown in the photo. Also the A/C is quite an old system, it is hard to work and we couldn't find a way to make it warmer, only colder! as there was no heating, the room was cold even without the A/C. Also, not specific to the hotel, but around/outside and in the station there are a lot of dodgy and homeless people. They come up to you asking for money, please be aware of your belongings. Its not very safe. Luckily in the hotel we felt safe.

the hotel felt good quality - we saw families with young children as well as other couples and also people on their own who appeared to be staying for business. the breakfast was delicious and VERY filling - we didn't have to eat again until the evening each day, which saved us a lot of money. it is open 6am-10am every day. easy to access as it's located on the 1st floor. not just buffet-style but also has a chef who can make you a fresh omelette or fried eggs on request. wide selection of food items including breads, cereals, fruit, cold meats, lil cheeses etc. also an espresso AND regular coffee machine! the sauna was great, we were able to work up a sweat and relax. it's great that it's open 24 hours too. welcome desk staff are super attentive and helpful, even when we had to ring them a few times for help with things. when the AC broke in our room, they transferred us to a superior room with no charge! we loved that the TVs had chromecasts too, made it easy to watch/listen to whatever we wanted, cast from our phones. the beds are super comfortable and very roomy. my boyfriend and i were able to lay with our arms out and only just touch each other, so great for people who like lots of room in bed. really great location for travel - the hotel is located in bruxelles-midi station, where you can get trains (including the eurostar) and buses from. it is also close to other bus/tram stops. the flibco shuttle stop is just outside the midi station also, so fairly quick commute from charleroi airport. nice view of the train tracks too which was quite peaceful for us.
the heating in either rooms was quite warm, even the "coldest" setting was not quite cold and we woke up sweating each day. so just fyi for people that are quite warm sleepers, you may sweat quite a bit so maybe bring a small fan to help you as even when we were moved, the AC was warm there too. this isn't really the hotel's fault as they tried to help us and fix it, but it just didn't go any higher. so maybe they like their rooms warm in brussels and we just aren't used to it as we like to sleep with a bit of a breeze/not fully warm. i wish there was fresh orange juice available at breakfast as shown in one of the pictures. however there was none. these are the only downsides to our stay, we otherwise enjoyed everything!

The hotel is clean and modern. The room was spacious and quiet despite the view of the road and trains. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. We could also order eggs cooked by the chef. The location is right in the central station, with metro, bus, and trams nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very tasty dishes for dinner.
The neighbourhood around the hotel doesn't look safe in the evening because lots of homeless people are sleeping on the street. It took 30 minutes to reach the tourist centre on foot.

Very clean. Staff all spoke English. Sauna and gym. Comfy bed. Restaurant opposite did an amazing steak in roquefort sauce. Hotel restaurant looked nice and will laid out, but the gluten fee range was limited. Location was good. Right by the station and very quiet. Warm and comfortable.
Lighting was very bright in room, but lots of choice. TV was faulty and turned own every 10m of it's own accord. Had to unplug it. You need to use the room key to access the lift. This is marked clearly, but 3 foot off the floor and easy to miss. Restaurant looked really nice but at 28 euros for breakfast good luck finding takers. Staff were in general friendly and professional. Marked down as I needed to ask about the card operating the lift as no one told me. As I walked off I could hear the 2 staff members laughing at me for not knowing. This irked me and sourced an otherwise very professional staff service.

The location was excellent for catching trains to anywhere in and around Brussels, making it very convenient for anyone travelling. However, we didn’t particularly enjoy walking around the neighbourhood near the train station. While we didn’t try the hotel’s restaurants, there are some decent dining options in and around the station as well it’s an easy trip to Grand Place, where you’ll find plenty of great places to eat.
the immediate location in and around the hotel was sketchy, it smelled like pee, and didn't seem very safe to walk around at night.

The bed was bed comfy and the room soundproof, perfect for a good night sleep. Location is great, right next to the train station and bus to the airport (Charleroi). Staff is very nice
The sauna area wasn't very clean/well maintained. It's also very small and easily overcrowded. We didn't really like the restaurant either, it's overly expensive for basic stuff and they didn't really have many options for alternative diets. Another thing that we didn't like is that you can't open the window in the room, so no way to get fresh air

Room was huge, spacious, with a large/long sofa. Staff at the checkin desk was friendly and helpful, though she gave an aloof first impression. Room rate €138 for Half board, which included breakfast for two and a €50 voucher for each pax to spend at its restaurant (exclude drinks, can only use it on food). It’s as good as paying only €38 per room nite for two person. Very worthwhile. Conveniently located just next to the train station. But no onsite parking - nearest is at the station just across the street but very expensive (€48+ for a nite). After we unloaded our luggages at the hotel lobby, we drove and parked at Indigo carpark 2 streets away (~10mins walk) at half the fee.
Would have been better if the half board meal vouchers can be used on drinks - after a long day of driving, we’d have appreciated a coke or a glass of wine or beer.

Location: • Brussels City Centre – Midi Train Station • Perfect for EuroStar travel. (you can literally get from your bedroom to the platform in 5mins – if you take out any queue times). There’s even a hotel entrance via the station. • Despite the proximity, I hardly heard a sound from the outside world … so good double/triple glazed windows. • Perfect also for intercity travel and commute (trains, buses and taxis) within Brussels. Again provided you have your tickets and know exactly what platform for your destination, its 5mins or less from bedroom to platform. • It’s a ‘Commercial City’ so trains are possibly faster than Taxis (but you decide for yourself). • 1 train stop from Central station which is a key social hub (museums, restaurants, shops, sites, arts etc) • About 7-ish mins on the train to Brussel-Centraal and about 15mins (from Midi) to Brussel-Noord (restaurants, shops loads of options) • Caveat: There wasn’t much to do in Midi (from my perspective). However, to explore I took a 30min walk to Grand-Place, and Brussel-Centraal (station and area) which ties in with the above statement. Facilities: • 1 main restaurant for breakfast and dinner • 1 main bar • 1 lunch time restaurant/lounge area with loads of seating options if you want to plug in your laptop and work as you eat. • Exceptional hygiene standards visibly noticed everywhere - staff and facilities. Restaurant/Room Service: • Same menu shared by restaurant and room service. • Not a whole load of variety to choose from but each meal was great. • Breakfast offering was ‘city-centre’ good too. It had enough of the basics, which was always well replenished and the staff were there in a couple of minutes with fresh tea/coffee.
