The calmness- it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was exceptional and the restaurants really relaxing. The TV in our room even had BBC TV up to 11pm. Room servicing was to a very high standard. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even gave us a lift to Subway station when we left to travel home.

The phone charging facilities wasn’t great in our room as some wall connections didn’t work. We reported it but it didn’t improve. We checked our phone connectors/plugs which were fine so it must have been the low electricity current flow that was a problem

I stay there most of the time in Bxl because this hotel is really comfortable, always perfectly clean, very well soundproofed and welcoming. The metro is quite close and surroundings very nice. I will come back (and the pool is really large, very rare).

A trashcan in the bathroom would be welcome, and the bedlights are ... special. Generally speaking, the lighting setup takes getting used to, e.g. going to the bathroom at night without lighting up the whole room requires some training ;) no big deal.

We have been in this hotel before. We knew the quality of the hotel, amenities and staff. This trip was also great, we had a very good staying and the staff was more than helpful. Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.

this is great hotel! great food, rooms, the pool is sooo clean. after all day , we were going to sauna and to pool it was great feeling. We really enjoyed the hotel! thank you! also to all visitors i recommend to visit chinese restourant in the hotel, it's worth it. To the team: in my opinion the pool should work until 22:00. thank you for your service we loved everything!

Excellent helpful staff Swimming pool was exceptional, very clean and well maintained Breakfast was well cooked and had everything you could possibly want, including a honeycomb (my favourite) The room was very clean, very large comfortable bed and had L'Occittane toiletries

We used the Metro to get about and there was a station near to the hotel (Alma) but it wasn't a very nice walk to get to it. I certainly wouldn't have walked to it alone

The rooms are super organized in every detail . It is luxury and accurate and everything works perfectly. The spa area with sauna, pool and fitness center is also amazing ! The staff of the hotel is also very kind and helpful. Place highly recommended !!

I have no negative comments, everything was alright ! Only the location is a bit outside of the city but well connected, so there are really no negative sides honestly.

Swimming pool was great as it is large enough to do laps. Friendly staff, good food. Enough parking space. Nearby possibility to walk our dog. With a car it is easy to move around in Brussels. Lots of Chinese guests as the hotel is Chinese owned.

A small technical defect in the room as a light was not switching off. In the swimming pool a shower was broken which meant that the water was burning hot

The consistency of the aroma throughout the hotel was quite unique. There was also quite a good selection of breakfast choices for everyone (which is usually a bit of a struggle for me at times). The peaceful atmosphere is one to adore. I would definitely stay here again

The bathrooms allocated to the lobby area didn't have bag hooks in the toilets, nor did they have hand moisturiser.

Excellent facilities, clean, modern with friendly staff. Great gym and pool areas with one if the biggest hotel pools I've ever seen. Rooms were well equipped and very modern.

It's in a bit of an isolated location, neither in the city or near the airport. There is a metro station near by and it only takes 20 minutes to get to the centre of Brussels though.

A beautiful, clean hotel with super service! The swimming pool and sauna were great, the room was exactly what we needed and the staff were really helpful. We had a burger from the Le Cinq which was delicious too. The hotel is only a short walk from the metro station Alma, where you can get into the centre or Bussels in less than 20mins for €2.60 per journey or I think it was about €8 for a day pass. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The only niggle we had was that the water cooler was empty on our first visit to the pool and the water tap on the side was not working. However, the following morning, the water cooler had fresh water in. It might just need a check more regularly and then there'd be no niggles at all!
