Nothing negative can be said about the hotel itself—it’s flawless in service and ambiance. The only drawback is the city’s condition, but the staff's kindness and hospitality here make it easy to overlook Brussels’ challenges.

The spacious rooms and perfect facilities and clean rooms. It was in the country side near Brussels airport and the location was really nice. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was perfect

It was hard for us to reach the hotel from airport. It could better for the guests to have a shuttle for their stays.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, we arrived a bit earlier than check in time with our sleeping toddler and were given the room right away. Place was extremely clean and although there is nothing really around to spend time with toddler we spend most of the afternoon playing on their summer restaurant terrace and had a great evening. Staff was very understanding of us occupying huge space in there to entertain the child. Breakfast next morning was fabulous!

There is no shuttle bus and in q&a it was mentioned that there is a preferential rate for 5€ per adult for a taxis, we paid way above that and hotel staff didn’t know anything about “preferential rate”. It was 2adults + 1 child and we paid 22eur

The breakfast was perfect, with an unchanging offer of goods - still, various and delicious. The room (studio) had a fully equipped kitchen, including a toaster. The opportunity to sleep on a sofa was very welcomed, especially for those who dislike too soft beds.

The restaurant starts to work at 18:00 just for dinner; the launch is possible only using sandwiches, chips, and bars from 24/7 wending machines. It was impossible to send a postcard as the hotel desk had no stamps and didn't use a regular mail service.

It's been along time since I've stayed in as nice a hotel. The staff were great, and the food was extremely good. The location was perfect, as I was attending a course close by, but may not suit people who wish to visit the city, although the tram lines are quite close. The compact gym was a nice touch, and proximity to the airport was a big bonus. 10 out of 10 in all regards.

Really a very nice modern hotel with a larger room space than most airport hotels. The continental breakfast was among the best I have had. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

For an airport hotel it is surprisingly far away from the terminals. They do not provide an airport shuttle. However, the taxi service was good and quick and cost about 20 Euros. There are very few opportunities for shopping or restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed with a group of two other friends. The trip from the airport to the hotel was 5 minutes drive. The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities in the room were incredible, fridge, sink, kitchen utensils. You name it they have it. The bathroom was also very nice and so clean! I couldn't find any fault with the room. An amazing hotel to visit especially after a long day of travelling. The breakfast is also quick and easy and caters to a lot of different tastes.

This hotel was over 25 minutes drive in a taxi from the centre of Brussels. However, using either Uber or Bolt, taxis were easy to come by.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tamara. Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff were very helpful as well. My wife especially liked the whole ambience. Our room was very spacious and the shower was big enough for two and very comfy bed.

The property was too far away from anything, although that was not much of an issue because we took a taxi into town cost (45euro) however, we planned to have a nice dinner in the restaurant, but it was closed. They suggested we order through uber eats or go next door to the Holiday Inn. The few items on offer like snacks ect was very expensive. We had no idea about paying a 50euro deposit until check in. Our card was authorized for 560 euro upon check in and only after check out we realized we were charged an extra 510 euro, my wife was extremely upset and contacted reception and Petra was able to get the matter resolved. We could hear a couple fighting rather loudly in the room next to us. The hotel is nice, but we wouldn't stay there again.
