The hotel is simple, but meets all the requirements for a short stay. It is close to the airport, but it would not be easy to reach it on foot, especially in the dark. Since we arrived with a rental car, which we had to deliver to the airport that same evening, we needed to somehow get back to the hotel from there. The hotel employee kindly offered to pick us up from the airport and did it for free. We were pleasantly surprised. In the morning, they also took us to the airport in a comfortable small bus. It's possible to have a small breakfast for extra charge.

Our room window faced a street. It was noisy when cars passed. Fortunately the road was not busy at night. We tried to turn on the smart TV but couldn't. Most likely due to our lack of knowledge.

Good location, friendly staff, transportation to the airport arranged and coffee & croissant in the morning. Departure time of our flight was at 6:35 am from Charleroi. We took Flibco bus from Brussels to Charleroi airport and taxi to the hotel. Location and service provided by staff was excellent. Transportation to catch the early flight was provided with fresh coffee and warm croissants to wake travellers properly up. Highly recommended if your departure time is early in the morning 👍

It was a true pleasure to stay at Park Hotel Airport, conveniently located near Brussels South Charleroi Airport. Of all the accommodations we experienced during our travels through Belgium and the Netherlands, this one stood out the most. The hotel owner maintained direct contact with us throughout our stay, ensuring an exceptional experience. He provided valuable recommendations, assisted with transportation to the airport, and facilitated an early check-in. As a group of four, he also arranged for us to have two rooms in close proximity. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I particularly appreciated being given a room with a balcony, as the owner noticed I was a smoker—a thoughtful detail that highlighted his attentiveness and professionalism. Whether we return to Belgium or have a brief stopover in Charleroi, we will be delighted to stay here again.

Proprietor is awesome. He came out late at night to pick us up at the Charleroi airport. Unfortunately the airport makes it expensive for him to pick up there, so we had to walk to a nearby gas station. It wasn't a bad walk but it was late, we were tired and it was drizzling. Still he saved us a pricey taxi to the hotel, and we were very grateful. He also gave us a ride back in the morning to catch our train. Again, he's one of the kindest people we've met in our travels. Our room was clean and comfortable for three adults. Great shower with plenty of hot water. We were only there overnight after our flight but we felt very welcomed. Excellent hospitality!

very friendly staff. since we arrived at the hotel much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, they accepted all our luggage at the reception, so that we could walk around and see the surroundings until our rooms were ready. the hotel staff transported us and our luggage to the airport building, for which we are very grateful. the hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are spacious. if we need accommodation in this area again, we will definitely choose this hotel again

The owner of the hotel, Mr. Abdel, is extremely professional, efficient and welcoming. His wife did the interior design and she did a wonderful job! They have created a beautiful, peaceful 'ambiance' at the hotel. Their son drove us to the airport and then picked us up at night when we came back from our trip to Brussels. Mr. Abdel was up before 6:00 am in order to take us to the airport for our flight back home. This goes way beyond what you would expect from the owners of a hotel... They are absolutely exceptional!

Everything was Perfect!

The hotel is located very close to Charleroi airport, but not close to anything else. The hotel owner recommended a nearby restaurant called Trentaquattro in Gosselies. He drove us there and picked us up after our meal. The food was excellent and not expensive. The service was very attentive. The hotel room was a bit dated, but quiet and comfortable. The shower in the morning was good. We had a light breakfast (coffee and muffin) before we headed to the airport. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport which took about 5 minutes for no charge, so I tipped the driver.

Very comfortable and the owners couldn’t do enough for us! We were able to be picked up and returned to the airport at no cost. We didn’t get to have breakfast as our flight was quite early. Definitely agree with previous reviews as far as service and accommodation! The room was large and the bed comfortable!

Not near any eating options and it was raining so a walk wasn’t in the cards. Best to have some back-up food and beverage for the room!

Our host was charming and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and funny. The breakfast was good and included specially made things by our host according to request Our host took us from the airport and to the airport personally

The hotel is very far from the airport. Booking's site claims that there is a shuttle service, but it is actually the host coming to the airport in his own car and taking you to the hotel himself. If, for any reason, you can't call him on the phone, the only way to reach the hotel is by taxi and it is extremely expensive. The neighborhood is not inviting for a night stroll... I didn't see any way for motion impaired people to reach the rooms or the dining room.

The hosts are excellent genuinely hospitable and accommodating. There is no place within easy walking distance to get food, and the highway type road is rather isolated. The hosts son drove me to a nearby restaurant and brought me back after- thank you again! They also organize an airport drop in their own vehicle. Given that this is really an airport hotel most people would not stay more than one night. So the location although isolated is near the airport and therefore good. Since opening the window is not a great option at night and there is no air condit, ask the hosts for a table fan (they call it a ventilator) which they readily supply. Overall the hosts make the stay a great one.

The location is technically near the airport but in fact by road involves a ten minute drive. It is rather isolated and on days when there is no dinner served in their restaurant (like on 21st July, their national holiday, when I visited, or even otherwise on weekly holidays) you have to rely entirely on the hosts to help get you food by taking you elsewhere. If you are alone and not comfortable doing this, then it is best to carry some packed food with you for the night.
