Very professional staff helps you with everything. Great location right next to the Charleroi Centraal railway station and airport bus stop. Also next to a big shopping mall so it was easy to do some last-minute shopping! We found the hotel offering very good value for money. The rooms are small but I have seen smaller ones, and we were still able to accomodate 3 luggage and 2 backpacks without problems. Also the view is pretty nice in the evening with all the Christmas lights (we had a riverside view). Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water was all we needed after a 12 hour flight. The receptionist truly saved our day by finding us a room with earlier check-in. The only thing I would suggest is to get a small minibar for the rooms!

Yes, the area is a bit rough but nothing out of order. Yes, the hotel is in need of some renovations also, but overall this is a great option between flights from/to Charleroi airport and I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, because it was just a couple of minutes walk from the train station, bus station and airport bus stop (you can see the train station in one of the photos, and the bus station/airport bus stop is just to the right of it). It was surprisingly quiet too, since the road in front is pedestrianised and then you have the river. The main shopping area with a big modern shopping centre is just behind the hotel, and there are restaurants and bars in the area too. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and I was really happy to have a room overlooking the river. The room was a nice size with a lovely big window. I slept well both nights I stayed there. The hotel is a little dated and shabby but I thought there was a nice feel about it, it had a friendly and safe-feeling atmosphere and the staff on reception were always friendly when I was going in and out of the hotel. The hotel also had a lot of really good information about what's going on in the town/area. I think the local tourist information had made a really good job of this. I would be happy to stay here again.

We loved the fact staff was very friendly. Also we had a request regarding a diabetic dog and we had a small, but working fridge-freezer in the room (not sure if it's every room). That made the world of difference due to a medicine we had to keep in the fridge and ice-blocks in the freezer (for the medicine to stay cold on the road the next day). Thehotel is literally next to the train station (Gare), and 100m away there is a shopping mall with shops and a few restaurants. We ate at My Doner which we highly recommend.

The room could have been just a bit cleaner and due being next to the station it is a bit noisy, but this is me being picky, still a strong 9 in my view.

Very nice location between the train station and the city center! Good solid hotel building, was feeling myself secured, great breakfast with a variety of different options on the table and good reception area with a friendly staff! We had a good view from the top floor! P.s. check out at 12:00 also convenient

Actually everything was fine, maybe I would like to have a coffee machine or tea, for example a kettle in the room! But it is optional, so I would say that I don’t have direct and describable negative critique. Everything was fine.

Fantastic location, minutes away from the station making it easy to get to get to the airport, Brussels, bruge, Ghent, Antwerp and anywhere else you like!! The price was spot on, very much a budget hotel and you shouldn’t be expecting anything else. For the price it was spot on, although there was not kettle or tea of coffee. Like in other 3 stars. Not an issue for me! The centre of Charleroi is undergoing major investment so there are a lot of works during the day, and in 18 months this whole place will feel very different!!

The room did smell a tad Smokey, they are clearly tried to address the issue as there are enhanced signs, but I imagine due to the price you’ll get groups out for a good time while like to shirk the rules on occasion! Didn’t let it effect my stay at all!

Breakfast was very good. A lot of choice and with a machine that squeezed oranges for you. The staff on reception were most helpful and gave excellent assistance. The location, opposite the main railway station, was ideal for us as we took train journeys to Antwerp and Brussels.

Some noise during two nights from unknown persons apparently hanging around outside the front of the hotel up to 03.00. I would seriously recommend fitting grab handles in the shower cubicles. Myself and an elderly companion found the floor of the shower somewhat slippery and had to hold onto the shower tap for support whilst showering.

The location couldn't be more central. This is a budget-friendly hotel, easily accessible if you arrive by train or bus. It is by no means luxurious but clean and well-kept. Good basic breakfast.

Parking facilities are lacking. There is a car park right behind the hotel, but the hotel doesn't provide any info on how to access it. You have to find a parking space on your own in central Charleroi, which can be a bit challenging.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the central train station, also you can the reach the airport by TEC buses (departure each 30 minutes, 6 euro). Hence the location is very convenient for travellers. There is a small bar in the lobby and terminal where you can buy non-alcohol drinks. Additionally, the hotel is suggesting 24/7 service of food delivery, however I haven't try it.

The young woman on reception was friendly, professional and welcoming. Fantastic first impression! The location was very close to the railway station. The room served a purpose, cheap and cheerful.

The walls are thin and you can hear noise from adjacent rooms and outside. However for one night stop over before taking a flight, it was acceptable.

It's close to the train station and bus station which makes it ideal to get to brussels by train or bus, this meant that it was a cheap hotel and we could easily get to brussels

When we entered the room in the little hall way where the bathroom was there was no light and as it was dark out we couldn't see until we put the main room lights on so would like to see a light in there aswell
