I liked the location, very close to the beach and the city centre. However if you get a street view room expect loudness from people coming from the beach or parties from 2am to 3:30 am, maybe this only happens in the summer. Rooms don't have AC, so something to consider also if you are going in the summer. For the rest, really nice hotel, especially if you go with kids, there's lots of fun things to do, besides the cool slide, there's ping pong, darts, couches to lye and read, etc. The breakfast was also very good. Staff could be a bit friendlier in reception and explain a bit more about the facilities.

Only the street noise was upsetting in the middle of the night.

This place is great! The common areas are perfect for lazying around if the weather isn’t great > very convenient with kids! The location is perfect. The room itself is quite large and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. And the staff is very helpful and understanding. We had a great time and hope to return again in the future.

I have no real « complaints », just some small « room for improvement » suggestions: - bigger baby beds > the current ones are really only for babies, not toddlers - strange smell in the hallways (new paint?) - also a bit more light in front of the room doors in the hallways - tissue box in the room - Netflix connection in the room

Location was perfect especially for getting to Ostend train station where we visited Bruges. There is a huge parking lot underground next to the hotel too. The staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke good English! We called and they answered straight away and were very helpful prior to arrival. The hotel itself is really unique and cool, and the room was superb for the one night we stayed.

The only issue was the shower which seemed to spill out into the bathroom floor, which required 2 towels to dry up.

Location is excellent though parking is a little inconvenient (public paid parking). Beach is close and the city centre is on the doorstep. Hotel is modern 'industrial chic' - exposed pipework and bulkhead lights, that sort of thing. Great if you're into all that (which we sort of are). Also great if you have kids - who will love the slide in the foyer/bar. Staff mainly friendly and helpful apart from one somewhat unsmiling night manager who seemed rather grumpy when asked if the bar was still open at 11.30pm (it wasn't).

The bar is a bit expensive (when open) - as is the breakfast. Slightly bigger towels would be nice, but this is a niggle. Otherwise a decent place to stay with a good atmosphere.

Very pleasant to stay. The hotel is right between the city and the sea. It's a big big bonus you can take your dog with you to the hotel room! The hotel has an urban vibe that makes it feel more like youth hostel. It is the right place to stay with friends or family during a weekend getaway.

It is fairly heavily branded which gives you a rushed, commercial feel, not an ideal place for a romantic getaway. Breakfast left us somewhat disappointed. We had specified the time of arrival, which was in the middle of service. Nothing was replenished. Table were all not cleared.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to cater to all dietary needs. Despite its compact size, the room was surprisingly comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. It boasted modern and high-quality amenities. The helpful staff went above and beyond, offering insightful recommendations for restaurants and tours that truly enhanced our experience.

Not much - perhaps the table tennis rackets were a bit old/damaged.

I appreciate the free water and coffee, and the fridge, that makes the stay super !

Parking in Oostende is crazy expensive. It would be great to receive some better fees through the hotel. We have paid 60 Euros to park the car for 2 nights. The weather did not allow us to park much further, since my friend was disabled (new knee). We were there for a concert in the casino. The entire package of hotel, concert tickets and parking was disappointing.

It’s amazing if you go with kids! My son had a blast! I also recommend the breakfast. And location is excellent. Staff are also helpful & friendly. It’s also very ‘Instagramable’ 😅

Pity they don’t have their own parking, but the public parking is just outside the hotel. It’s pricey but so conveniently located that I couldn’t be bothered to park elsewhere!

Very stylish and beautiful hotel. It was pleasure to stay there. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast- the best I've ever had in hotels. Location is perfect - 1 min by walk from the sea. Personal is very friendly. At rainy evening we watched Euro2024 in the lounge zone. Everything was perfect.

We couldn't open completely the window in our room, so it was absence of fresh air inside.

Loved the interior of the hotel in total. All the attraction for the kids and family including pool, fusball, slide and Mortal combat gaming was amazing. When asked my son what he liked the most from our trip he said Hotel. I am sure in other hotel my kids would get bored.

After looking at pictures we were expecting a bit bigger rooms, so this was a bit disappointing but we did not spend there much time.
