Superb location on the edge of town. Great bathroom and bedroom. Comfy, well-cleaned. Friendly host. Private patio overlooking straight onto fields. Outside dining area. Fantastic breakfast. Coffee for free. Fridge stocked with drinks to buy for a small cost (which the host then refused to charge us for!!).

There wasn't anywhere to get extra water for the coffee machine or kettle in the dining area, and our room (to get water from there) wasn't so close. No cooking facilities, so we had to buy cold food from the supermarket for the evening. The owner is clearly an excellent artist, and has decorated the rooms with her own pictures and scuptures, but her work is more erotic than we would normally be comfortable with.

We really enjoyed staying here the location was easy to find and well-signposted with convenient parking. We picked the location as it was close to Plopsaland. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very welcoming and showed us the breakfast room with tea and coffee facilities including a bean-to-cup machine. The views out over the fields are very peaceful and the rooms all have a lovely patio area. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The beds were comfortable but were 2 single beds attached together. There was some information in our room about how to get to the local town so we went for a lovely meal in the evening at "In den Koninck" which was a hidden gem. The breakfast the next day was excellent with a good selection of cold items, bread, meats, Cheese, fruits as well as a soft-boiled egg. Overall it was an excellent stay and we can highly recommend it.

There was only one pillow on each bed and we normally prefer two, however, I'm sure another would have been provided if we had asked. There was a very slight lingering smell of smoke as I think the property allows smokers but it didn't disrupt our stay.

Close to the attractive town of Veurne and conveniently situated to reach Dunkirk ferry port by bike. Secure bike parking adjacent to room, Simple, modern and comfortable facilities with immediate access to outside sitting area overlooking countryside. Very good breakfast provided with room also available as a shared common room complete with coffee machine and comfy chairs, Loved the artwork.

The owner Ann was lovely and went out of her way to make sure we had everything to make our stay perfect. Including the generous breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day included in the price. The location is great in a semi-rural setting just a pleasant 20 minute walk from the centre of Veurne village.

A quiet location with private space to sit outside. The room was very clean with well supplied bathroom. There is a breakfast room which can be used to make a drink in the evening and sit indoors or outdoors in a communal area. The breakfast was excellent with very fresh food.

The apartment would have benefited from a couple of chairs indoors too and more " putting down" surfaces in the bathroom. Some of the outdoor furniture needs repairing or replacing.

We had a lounge to share with up to 4 other guests. Unlimited tea and coffee was provided, plus a mini-bar. Only a very short walk from car to room to lounge. No steps anywhere, Landlady was very nice and helpful, plus she served a fantastic continental breakfast. Great information on local attractions available.

Bedroom was a little small, and ours had a ladder to reach the upper level, but we could not use it (health and safety). Perhaps it could be removed?

This accommodation was very well located for our journey between Dunkirk and netherlands. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a lovely view across open fileds. Anne was a superb host, providing us with a delicious breakfast of cheeses, breads, eggs and good coffee. Would highly recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful and peaceful location. For us we found it perfectly situated half way between the Sint Idesbald brewery and the centre of Veurne. We were able to rent a bike right outside the property and there were drop off points at both locations. Everything was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

Such a helpful and generous proprietor. The room was beautifully warm on a cold night, and I was given free use of the guest lounge with tea and coffee facilities. Generous continental breakfast.

Most garden seats/table rather end-of-life (damaged), small bathroom (though sufficient for short periods).
