Pascal has been very caring with us and we had a great time in family. The breakfast is wonderful, much better than what you find in typical hotels, with fresh products and eggs prepared specifically for you every morning. The location is great; you can park your car in a safe area near the beautiful garden. Plopsaland is a 2 minutes walk. In order to get to the beach, the easiest way is to take the "tram" which is just next to the B&B as well so you don't have to worry about having to find a place to park your car. The room is big enough for large families which is a great asset as well.

The bedding was a bit on the hard side, but nothing too bad. There is a common fridge that all customers can use; you need to switch building to access it, but not a big deal either.

The breakfast is very good and rich, the place is close to the tram taking us to De Panne in 5-10 mins and the inner garden is very beautiful. The owner is very kind, but be aware that he likes punctuality (so on the arrival date, he won't receive you one minute earlier or later than the announced interval 16h-19h).

Very close to Plopsaland. Private parking is provided.

My wife felt like the heating in the room is not warm enough, and she didn't sleep well.

No where to sit in the accomodation, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, May well be the norm but not something I have experienced before, Good by far outweighed the not so good. There were other rooms that had I known would have suited us better

I liked the short walk to plopsaland and the tram station nearby. And I really liked how friendly the owner is. Beautiful garden with some goats and chickens (they didn't make any noise or such during our stay). Not to forget the rich breakfasts. The owner will make you omlette or boiled egg on request.

Really kind and helpful host. The location was really close to Plopsaland De Panne and 10 minutes from the center by tram. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely visit again

A comfortable hotel with public transport and a couple of bars within a very short walk. The bed was very good and our room faced the back garden so was nice and quiet. Family rooms are available. Able to park on site for free. Plenty of choice for breakfast and an honesty bar if you preferred to stay on the premises.

Check in time could have been a little earlier (16.00-19.00)

very clean and modern, friendly hosts and environment (especially the friendly orange cat). room was very clean and whole property in general was well presented. ALSO BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!

Can’t think of any downsides

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. You couldn’t fault location. Easy access to trams & the train being on our doorstep.

Slightly bigger room perhaps.

cosy house, renovated though still authentic ; nice surroundings ; very friendly staff ; tasty breakfast with fresh products ; several good restaurants in the neighbourhood (by car)
