We stayed in two different rooms; both were spacious and recently, tastefully updated. The staff was extremely friendly and all went out of their way to be helpful. The location was a short walk or bike ride restaurants and grocery stores, but away from the busiest areas. We used the free bikes every day to explore the island and Audre called golf cart taxis for us when needed.

No coffee pots! They had hot pots or tea kettles, but apparently Nescafe is the norm in Belize (we didn't have a coffee maker in our Belize City hotel, either). There was a bit too much light at night from a/c & tv power buttons for me. The hotel has a nice seating area near the water, but there is really no beach to speak of (this is true of the east side of the entire island) and the sargassum is a HUGE problem right now,

Our 2-week stay in the Sunrise Suite was wonderful!! The view of the beach from our private veranda was beautiful and a relaxing place to greet the morning with a cup of coffee after a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed. Audre, the manager, went above and beyond being helpful, and Angie and her brother were part of an amazing staff!! The hotel was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists on bicycles and golf carts so that it maintained its sense of tranquility but close enough to great restaurants so that we could walk anywhere on the island and have a delicious meal. Would go back in a heartbeat!! Thank you Audre and Angie!!

The place is off the beaten path (which we like), has (7) rooms and Audre the manager MAKES the place. Happy to see you, makes suggestions, books or inquires, greets you when you return from the afternoon, does everything she can to accommodate your wishes. We stayed for 8 nights so the room was important. We booked the third floor Sunrise Room that faces the ocean, has a full view and large private balcony with cushioned chairs. We loved reading or drinking our coffee while the tradewinds rustled the palm trees with an unobstructed ocean view. Strong hot showers and a substantial ceiling fan. They had a coffee maker in the room and and a cold water cooler where we refilled our bottles every day near the front desk. We used the bikes every day.

The bed is harder than I like but totally fine. Do know that although there are chairs by the water, this isn't a beach nor a place you would swim. This is true for most of the properties, especially this side of the caye.

Everything from communication before we arrived through to a complimentary late check out, we were completely spoilt at Treetops. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and cannot help enough. The Lighthouse Room was incredibly spacious, clean and huge comfortable bed! Not mentioning the TV and Netflix and coffee and fridge facilities. The location was perfect, just at the end of the main strip, far enough away to have complete silence but only a 10 minute walk wherever you needed to go. The complimentary water station was hugely appreciated, and the gym was an added bonus. Cannot rate the stay any higher!

Absolutely nothing, perfection!

The staff were fantastic and the room was beautiful. Audrey was one of the best hosts we have ever experienced. So friendly and really helpful. She recommended a great snorkelling tour for us then booked it for us. She also booked restaurants and supported us with organising our transport. 10/10! The room was so clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to the centre which is perfect as it is so nice and quiet to sleep but close to walk to everything. Loved it!

Everything was perfect.

Treetops was just exceptional. The room was huge with a massive King Size (or bigger - not sure of the name for this sized) bed!! We needn't have been concerned about not having twin beds and we never got anywhere near rolling over onto each other! Haha! The bathroom was my dream bathroom. Huge walk in shower and huge shower head under fantastic pressure. Easily walkable to town with free bike rental. Staff were courteous, kind and helpful, ensuring our stay was just the best!

Audre was absolutely incredible from the moment we booked the hotel till the day we departed. She gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and helped us navigate the island . Angie who cleaned our room was such a pleasure to meet and she did a great job on our room every day. The hotel is a hidden gem. Close enough to the restaurants and activities but far enough for a peaceful stay.

I really can’t think of anything . a pool would be nice but we knew there wasn’t one when we booked .

Before booking a hotel, I do a thorough research to make sure we will have a comfortable stay. I usually look for a mixed of great pictures, location and reviews. Tree Tops Hotel did not disappoint and actually exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the lighthouse room and it was more spacious than shown in the pictures. The room was cleaned everyday, the bed and pillows were extremely comfy, there was both AC and a fan in the room (believe me, you WILL need them) and the service was top notch. Audre (manager) reached out to me prior to our arrival and helped us set up taxis from/to BZE-water taxi as well as a golf cart from/to water taxi-hotel. This was a labor day/birthday trip and Audre was exceptional at check in time from showing us around the property and making recommendations on the best places to eat in town to having balloons in the room for my friend. The property is tucked away so you will not have all the action/noise coming from the main strip, but you're only about 5 minute walk way which is very convenient. I can't wait to come back to Caye Caulker and will definitely consider Tree Tops for my next stay!

Location was good, slightly past the main strip, bikes available which was super helpful, comfortable spacious room, air con. Audre is an absolute gem - she is like Janet from The Good Place she was so helpful with everything!

Algae season and it was particularly smelly in this location for some reason but that can’t be helped and inside the room it was fine, couldn’t smell it there thank goodness!

Everything at the Treetops Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is located few minutes walking from the main street, right in front of the beach. We either walked or rode the complimentary bicycles to explore the island. Rooms are modern, fully equipped and super clean. Cherry on top, the whole staff and Audre are simply amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay.
