The staff was incredible. Ariana was so friendly and helpful, answered all our questions about the history of the area, made great recommendations for sites to see and food. She went above and beyond the make our stay perfect. She even packed us a breakfast one morning when we slept passed the breakfast time period. We had our own terrace with the most beautiful view of Mostar and the bridge. There is parking directly outside the hotel. Truly a wonderful time! Thank you Villa anri!

From the moment we arrived Helena took great care of us. She checked us in, made us tea and gave us lots of useful advice on what to do and see in mostar. The hotel was beautiful and full of character and we had a stunning view from our balcony over the old bridge.

Fantastic location: on a quiet street but sandwiched between the M6 (for ease of access in and out of the city) and the picturesque old town. It's just 2 minutes walk to the Kriva Ćuprija, and another 2-3 minutes to the Stari Most. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and chatty but not too in your face. There's a small kitchen in the lobby where you can make coffees etc, and borrow plates & cutlery to have snacks on your balcony. There are also a selection of board games in the lobby. It all adds up to a very welcoming atmosphere. It just feels like home! The room was lovely too. We had the triple room - the one with *that* view of the Stari Most. It would have been quite cramped with 3 people but as there were only two of us, it was fine and the view was absolutely worth it. When we arrived, they said they had quoted us without knowing how many we were so the price would change and sure enough, before check-out we got an email with a reduced price!

It's such a small thing, but irritating all the same. The price we got from booking.com was quoted in GBP and in Euros. As it's cash only, I prepared the right amount of cash in BAM based on the current exchange rate. But when I went to pay, they said they price in Euros and use their own exchange rate of 2:1 because it's easier to calculate. This meant we had to pay more, which felt like we were being penalised for using the local currency. It ultimately meant our 3 night stay cost about €5 extra, so no big deal, but the idea of using a made-up exchange rate that costs the customer more (unless they have Euros) left a sour taste, which was a shame after everything else was so great.

Amazing 10/10 experience! The room was beautiful but the best part of our stay was the hospitality from Selma and Rebecca. From the minute we arrived, they both made us feel so welcome. Selma set us up with a last minute tour and even made us coffee to get past our jet lag. The three of us stayed in the triple room with balcony and it was stunning! The view of the Old Bridge is unmatched. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and such a gorgeous room. The location was perfect—you can walk to restaurants and shopping in the old town under 5 minutes, and there’s even a grocery store around the corner. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend this enough when you come to visit Mostar.

Location very good for 5 min walk to bridge and tourist area. Very pretty with many restaurants.. Grocer was a block away but note it did not take Euros. Room decor interesting and lovely Ottoman style. We were top floor and had large shared patio with very good view of Mostar. . Breakfast area was just coffee/tea and self serve.

Building an rooms need some renovation and apparently that is their plan in the near future. Our door handle popped out unless we turned and pulled and lifted it just right. Area felt a bit sketchy but was ok.

We spent only one night here during our month long trip in Croatia, stopping here between our time in Split and Dubrovnik. Ena welcomed us upon our arrival and offered us a cold drink before showing us our room on the top floor. She also made some excellent restaurant recommendations. Be advised that this is an older hotel and it has no elevator so pack accordingly. Our room was clean and nicely appointed, the plus, doors that opened up on to a large terrace with postcard views. Ena kindly chilled a bottle of wine for us that we had purchased earlier when touring a winery that we later drank that evening. The hotel is ideally located just outside the bridges leading to Old Town. We had a car and parking was provided right in front of the hotel. In the evening, we settled in, with our bottle of wine, on the terrace which had a wonderful view of Old Town and THE BRIDGE. In the morning, we went down to reception and were offered a Turkish coffee. We really enjoyed speaking with Ena. She was only 11 years old during the Balkland War and she told us of her experiences. Learning that she was also a guide, we engaged her services for a morning tour of Old Town. Although this is an older hotel and could use a bit of TLC, it is full of character. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we entered the hotel and treated like we were family members. Our stay was comfortable and we had the best sleep of our trip, we were almost late for our 930am tour as we slept in. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this quaint hotel.
