The breakfast was perfect and included a variety of selections from fruits, vegetables, bacon, eggs and many more. I loved that you can choose how you prefer the eggs and the chef will prepare to once preferences

I think for a hotel that is located in a destination for tourists from all over the world, ensuring that they have a variety of different types of 'plugs' is vital; my colleague from the USA could not plug her laptop, something she was able to do in other hotels in Gaborone, Botswana. Ensuring that your guests can be able to relax and continue doing their job is key.

Clean, tidy, good facilities for what we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great variety in menu offering in restaurant.

Might be more booking.com than venue, but paid $800USD at time of booking but when I checked the day of arrival I could have booked for $450USD. Feel like Booking.com has ripped me off - that's a considerable difference. For the venue - no cots/cribs for infants and seemed like there was limited towels. Otherwise, really good stay.

We visited Kasane for 4 nights to do some safaris in Chobe National Park. The Travelodge was a great choice for us as it was a reasonable price while also being less than 5 minutes from the entry to the national park. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed a drink by the pool most nights. We stayed in a family room which had great space for the kids upstairs and us downstairs (plus two bathrooms!).

The hotel staff were attentive, however it was inconvenient for them to collect our towels at 8am each day and not supply us with new towels until 2-3pm each afternoon.

WOW! My 10 rating goes straight to the staff of this Lodge. They were amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing was to much for them. We could even hand in laundry before we checked in, our rooms were moved to accommodate us. The rooms were immaculate. Safe secure parking and we had a lovely inhouse dinner and delicious breakfast. We will be back, for sure. Thank you.

Please note that this establishment is not along the river front as indicated on google maps. Google maps shows 2 Travelodges in Kasane, there is only one, closer to the airport. Location still good.

The reception of the employees , Andina, Katlego, Eric, Winnie, Kgomotso with Andina at the top as she made arrangements for my birthday surprise. But generally all the staff members were superb. The only challenge was the first day but things were rectified. The swimming pool was under renovation and we appreciated the apology.

Lovely pool and open space, with outdoor and indoor dining options. Food was very good. Service was excellent(!), drinks very good. Room clean and spacious with nice shower and very comfortable bed. Hotel arranged transport (extra, but reasonable cost)from Victoria Falls airport and afterwards to a hotel in VF. Booked two game drives in Chobe and boat safari cruise through the hotel at very good rates. Saw lions, lots of elephants, as well as hippos, buffalo, birds, antelopes, crocodile, etc. Enjoyed time on the viewing deck. Good view of stars at night. It was an excellent stay at an excellent price. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Couldn’t hear street noise or such, but could hear voices from next hotel room.

The lodge was overall good. The biggest downside was the noise in the morning whilst still sleeping; cleaners sweeping outside right by my window; moving bins around; just a lot of noise really.

Good size room, plenty of hot water, great breakfast choice, and lovely pool area. Great choice of evening menus, so there's no need to go into town. Airport transports included. Close to the airport. Ideal pick-up point for safari drives and only a short drive to Serondela gate. If travelling with children, there are some great family rooms available.

There is nothing to dislike.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but found it a good reasonably priced place. Our room and bed were fine as were the meals we had there. The staff all seemed very pleasant. It had a small bar area and a good pool. They did free pick up and drop off for the local airport. All in all, very acceptable place

What didn't we like? The hotel was very good for our requirements. I couldn't add any negative comments

The hotel is clean and modern, with a nice bar / restaurant. There is a safe in the wardrobe. The electrical outlet accepted a variety of plugs.

It's just a bit out of town. This wasn't really a problem as taxis are easy to get and inexpensive. Also we were picked up at the hotel for our trip to Victoria Falls.
