Bed comfort and cleanness are excellent. The staff is very good. Above all, the location is favorable for my needs. I have stayed at this hotel several times.
The hotel no longer offers cable TV channels. If you are interested in news, I can tell you that the offer is minimal. This is a recent change in the facilities provided by the hotel. Room service was very poor. I asked for a pumpkin and meat soup, the portions of which were minimal, and the meat had only fat and nerves. Early afternoon, I asked for a salad, and the kitchen was closed that day without any previous notice.

You seriously can’t beat this location!!! Just a few blocks to two of my favorite restaurants, Fruteria de São Paulo and São Bento. There are tons of other shops and restaurants within walking distance including a lot of chic boutiques on Joao Cachoeira street. There is a taxi stand directly outside of this property which made it very easy for me to get to the city center for a tour I had booked. I even walked to Parque Iberapuera. The rooms were huge and very clean. And, surprisingly quiet given this is a bustling neighborhood. Everybody says the breakfast is fantastic, but I didn’t catch it because I came in from California and with the time difference, I slept through breakfast. I would definitely stay at this property again.
My room was on the second floor, so I didn’t have very much of a view. I was hoping to be able to get a feel for how huge of a city this is, and I’m sure the upper floors have a better sense of that. I found that when I checked in, no one spoke English, so if you don’t know any Portuguese, just be prepared for that.

It was a great stay at the center of prime location, it was near to all the attractions. The staff were very helpful, and they were speaking good English. Would like to thank the reception staff and Restaurant staff as well who made the stay memorable

The location is perfect. Close to good restaurants, to the Ibirapuera park and to the finantial district.
By photos, I expected a modern hotel, but the room was old (renovated a bit but still looked old). The price was very high for such a simple room. I think the price is related to the location. And the gym was only OK (the treadmills must be 20 years old...).

location..neighborhood. generally what was expected given the price.
would have appreciated a little cafe or something to that effect for morning breakfast. I think they had some service, but it was unclear to me. In any case, various options in the neighborhood. There was a huge musical group in the hotel during our visit which made using the elevators a slow process, and the group did not respect the hotel recommendations as to how many people could get into an elevator during covid, yet the personnel at the front desk did not seem to pay attention or try to correct the matter (of lots of these people, jamming into the elevator).

The only thing I didn't like was the shower floor. Very slippery .

The staff team was very kind, giving all the support that I needed. And this was with all of the service team, not only one. I was very impressed by their focus on client service and my satisfaction during all my stay.

location, design, staff, price was good. I have to emphasize that the staff were very helpful. I wish we were staying more … we were on our honeymoon, and it was our first time in Brazil and we don’t speak Portuguese, so having a helpful staff was essential. thank you INNSIDE team!
