Very nice location ,on the beach, the forest behind the hotel. Nice swimming pool. Food was good and plenty. Sun beds and private beach acces is nice. The rooms have a big bed and a sofa. Also big balconies and AC.

The shower is a little cramped, and some metalic parts on the balcony showed some rust.

It was comfortable because everything is in one place.

I think most of the staff is bored.

Everything, the beach, nice location, hotel the room was very clean ,nice one the staff all staff from cleaning to restaurant great foods many sortiments also the staff from reception very kindly. So per total note 10 🥰

The room was clean. The food was good, delicious and most of the people at the reception, in the restaurant and the people who cleaned were nice.

The most annoying situation is that of the staff who take care of the snack bar and the indoor pool. The elderly lady who has to serve the ice cream herself has a nasty attitude towards any customer and is very quick, she is very disrespectful. I don't see why it is necessary for her to serve ice cream during the day when in the evening at dinner anyone can quietly serve themselves ice cream without any ugly situation as happens during the day. The elderly gentleman at the snack bar has a hard time moving but is very friendly and does his job well. As well as the gentleman who takes care of the indoor pool, very grumpy and has a bad attitude towards customers, as if we had entered to steal, we would not have paid for a service. The juice dispensers, coffee espresso machines were very unkempt, and even on the apple juice dispenser you could see the dirt from a distance, not to mention the smell of spoiled juice. The worst quality and small disposable cups.

You had to pay to use jacuzzi Worst indoor pool ever Dirty and rusty balcony Bad WIFI signal, in the room I was not able to use it Outdoor fitness (4 used creaky and rusty machines/a joke)

The cleaning was very absent.Cockroaches in the room and fruit leftovers under the bed ,dirty sheets. The staff was good at explaining and finding solutions but no actions were taken!

that they gave us the money back and they were correct. that the manager admitted that everything was dirty there

Hello, I only had problems. I will leave here pictures and my message to the booking. hello, thank you a lot for the help provided yesterday. on booking the hotel slavuna albena bulgaria had a different presentation. when we got there (2 parents, 2 grandparents and 2 small children) we were shocked to see the mess there. our problem was not that the hotel does not look like in the presentation pictures. the biggest problem was the mess. there was dust, dirt, spoiled food on the floor, a bad smell throughout the hotel. the snack bar smelled the same as the toilet, of pee. there was rust on all the water, coffee, juice machines. all the juice parts were flowing on the floor. the juice was not edible, it smelled bad and tasted like sand that stayed in your mouth. I went to the reception to talk to the manager, in the reception… there was thick dust all over the reception table. I used my finger to wipe the dust to show them the mess. they said …it was just a mess (I put the picture with the line I made with my finger in the dust there). it is not normal for the meal period to be 30 minutes at an all inclusive hotel. it is not possible for an entire hotel to eat in 30 minutes without getting crowded. the manager said that this is the situation and there is nothing she can do. if we stay...well...if not...that's it. she has nothing to do. I think that all the mess there is the fault of the manager who does not do her job. if there was that mess in the reception... I think it was even worse in the kitchen if there was a toilet smell coming from there. I asked the manager to move us to another hotel, she didn't want to. I asked her to give us the money back...she didn't want to. I asked what we can do...she did not find a solution. she thought that if she splashed water on the floor it would be enough for us. it was a mess there since the beginning of summer.
