Great time had.The hotel is lovely and room was nice.Food was nice.Beach was great and beach bar.

Pool sides should be cleaned more often...thick buildup of oils on sides of pools...looks awful and bacteria can form.Some dangerous points around pools...little steps that haven't been marked out...very dangerous for slips and trips.Room was not as clean as should have been.Big cobwebs on ceiling and floors could have been cleaner.Terrace had coffee stains on floor.

Pool and spa

Large groups of tourists gained control over the hotel facilities and the staff wasn't able to manage the situation, those groups disrespected every written rule of the hotel and no one stepped in front to confront them in order to ensure all the guests could enjoy the time spent there. They bring drinks and food from outside, they chat louder in the massage area, jump in the pool repeatedly making it almost impossible for others to swim, they get in and out into the sauna multiple times without properly closing the door... A real nightmare for the rest of the hotel guests!

Big rooms, good food, kids playground, multiple pools, the beach is very close and clean

the pool walls need cleaning (in some areas they were extremely dirty), a mosquito nest would be great for the balcony door

Food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good. Room was quite large and with balcony. Pool and spa was also very nice. I would definitely recommend it. It is great place to stay for all seasons.

If I have to say , but only if I have. There are a few thinks that did not like. For example in the bathroom when you take shower and all become wet. May be a shower curtain will help. If you leave your balcony door open over night, room will be full of small flies.

The complex is very nicely arranged and well maintained with many green areas around it. The room was big and with all facilities I needed. Big terrace (park view). The beach was close to the complex, clean, with fine sand. A bar is on the beach, free for "all inclusive", free sunbeds. Variety of food for breakfast is fine. Drinks are good (alcohol and soft drinks). I liked the indoor and outdoor pools (are big enough and clean).

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom need to be improve. I had to complain twice the first day until the room and bathroom were cleaned. Maybe the staff is not enough or just needs to be trained. During breakfast you had to stand in line to wait for the eggs or pancakes to be cooked. Variety of food could be improved for lunch and dinner. Grilled meat and seafood were missing. Not enough staff to clear the tables.

The look of the hotel. It’s obvious that the hotel has been refurbished recently, the furniture is nice, the room is pretty spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom has both shower and bathtub.

The food was not as diverse as you wood expect from a 5 star hotel. We have a 3 year boy that had ti eat almost every meal french fries and chicken nuggets as there was nothing ok for him. Also, from all inclusive you would expect to have snack bars or beach bar; in fact, the snack bar was open from 10:00 to 17:00, at 15:00 there was nothing left to eat, and the beach bar was actually a nothing more than a drink dispenser (coffee, water, coke and beer), not even a bag of chips or even a fruit for the kids. All in all, the main restaurant would close to 21:00, therefore after that if you wanted something to drink, even a glass of water, you has to pay to the lobby bar for anything; not ok in my opinion, as again, i repeat we paid for all inclusive services.

Great indoor and outdoor pool and the food was good. We went there with our 3 young kids, opted for all inclusive and we had many food options for them.

There was a lot of dust in the air conditioner in our room and i did not receive the invoice at the reception.

The beach is close and you always find sunbeds, the sand The hotel building, the pools inside the hotel the water slides The rooms with Spiderman and Elsa were child friendly and very large. There are alot of activities for rainy days - the pools inside, a big ice rink close to the hotel, another hotel very close having bowling&biliard

The food was ok but almost the same each day, poor quality of the sweets and salads. The water in the outside pool very cold. The steam bath didn't work. They didn't replace our shampoo and shower gel when we used some of them. They didn't clean the room each day and once we ran out of toilet paper..

Clean, nice, good service, good food.

Horrible city, it looks like after war.
