Balcony had nice views of the mountains, the apartment was very comfortable. Food was delicious and always replaced so there was enough for all the guests. The pool was clean.

The electric stoves in all rooms are disconected, the lady at the reception said it was because of fire in the hotel. So if anyone wants to cook something or simply to warm up a glass of milk for a child it is not posiible. The sofa bed was not comfortable.

Dirty (mold?) ceiling in the swimming pool disappointed. There is bad walking (even absence) way from the hotel near unfinished construction. Floor in the room was damaged because of heating tubes under it and it provokes additional dust, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, only two times during our stay. To leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom doesn’t mean to change them: you have to ask each time.

Workers where knocking at the room door all day , they wanted to inter the room to make some repairs they came with drills and tools ( with us in the room ) , they woke up the children evrery time we put them to sleep ! I went to the receptionist to tell her she said : i have to ask about it ... she never even said sorry about that , i talked to the manager same thing she said there is a misunderstanding and that was it ... not even apologies , we went there to rest but we couldnt , workers made holes all day ... disapointed about this ... not normal at all for a hotel...

Great pool, very child accepting. The 2 bedroom room we got was amazing. Good quality breakfast and a nice little stream behind the hotel.

Accept for one of them, the reception staff was very unkind and refusing to help. Simple requests like “is there a phone I can use” were answered with “go and get yourself one” Or “Do you have a recommendation for an activity” was answered with a frown and a “google it”. I think it’s a bare minimum to answer with some kindness, even if the answer is no. In addition location is way off the center of Bansko. Walking distance but not a short walk.

I don’t think i would visit this hotel again in Christmas days while the food quality and taste dropped dramatically when more people came . In the previous day I was excited with the food . The cleaning of the room was unprofessional. (I include photos of the room that was cleaned)

We were in an apartment for a family of 4. The rooms were beautiful, equipped with a mini kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, sink. And there were some plates, glasses and coffee mugs. The apartment was very warm and cozy for a longer stay. The hotel also had a playroom for small children, with an animator on staff, who treated our children wonderfully. There were enough toys so we didn't have to bring any from home. The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious, and the desserts were unforgettable. The spa was also good and met our needs. The hotel also has a large parking space. The location is in beautiful and quiet nature, and our apartment had a view of the mountain.

Our arrangement was all inclusive, so from experience in other hotels, that means every service is free. For example, downstairs in the dining room, wine and beer are free, but if you order coke they charge for it. Upstairs in the suite, we had a coffee mat, with coffee bags left for use, so thinking we were all inclusive, we served ourselves, but in the end they charged us for them as well. It's a small amount of money, but I think the gesture is bad.

The hotel is very nice and the most important thing is that it's very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, linen and towels are fresh and housekeeping is perfect. The apartment we reserved was upgraded on the spot, and we received a much larger apartment than expected, having two rooms with huge, comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can also use it to cook/head up, but we didn't use it since the food in the hotel is awesome. Breakfast and dinner were quite something, a lot of different options, everything fresh and in great quantity. They even have a few "kids friendly" options, especially for picky eaters (American pancakes for breakfast and pizza and Ice cream for dinner) :) The spa is nice, warm pool water and nice saunas. It would have been nice to be able to use the Turkish hamam without any extra charges and services. Kids entertainment is also one aspect, having kids corner that can accommodate young and also teenage kids. The place exceeded our expectations 💕

We loved the room/ground floor apartment at St. George, very roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated. The minibar fridge was full with good choices and reasonable prices. The food breakfast or dinner was good, with always something that would cater to your taste. It is a good open buffet serving after all. The staff at the restaurant are excellent. Always smiling, clearing the tables almost as you finish them. The cleaning staff for the rooms were doing a very good job too. We have made a very use of the spa at the hotel. We were only able use the pool once as the hotel was mostly flooded with Turkish families as the schools were on holiday then but yet that was not a problem for the saunas and the steam bath. There is a very nice relaxing/cooling off are as well. Plenty of choices of message but we did not try one, so could not comment on.

The hotel lacks a ski-room. You could leave your skies at the ski-shop or in a room by the lobby but praying at the same time that they would not be 'mistakenly taken' by someone else (true that we do the same on the slopes but....). The hotel has a small lobby and this where you also have to put on your ski boots! Did not like the taste of the coffee on either of the machines at the restaurant, too bitter.

Spa and swimming pool in the hotel were very clean . The facilities were open till 21:00. There are different types of saunas. The spa staff was friendly and helpful. Very good food for breakfasts and dinners. friendly restaurant staff.

We had to leave hotel at 18:00 and the hotel manager generously offered us to keep the bathrobes and stay in the spa after the checkout. When checking out , Rositsa Dimitrova (probably the housekeeping manager) took the bathrobes from us by force and said that we intended to steal them (?!!) and that she would call police(!!). The incident was finally settled. The hotel manager apologized claiming that there was a misunderstanding between the hotel staff members. He gave us a room to stay till 18:00 for free as a compensation. Nevertheless, this incident strongly spoiled our impression about this very nice hotel. I hope, my message will avoid such incidents in the future.

I am impressed by how organized, clean and peaceful the property is! The rooms are amazing and cozy - it makes you feel like home. We had the most amazing time in the hotel! The food was to die for, it was delicious! I’m more than impressed by the staff - always friendly, positive and super nice, esp the one in the restaurant - nicest staff ever! Baby friendly, small-dog friendly, just perfect. We booked a spa all inclusive weekend, however, we arrived late and missed dinner. The staff came back and made something for us long after working hours!!! Massive thank you. The best place ever, will visit again soon!
