- Room was too hot - so I had to open the windows to regulate the temperature - No elevator (for me - it wasn't a problem, but it might be for people with walking difficulties) - Small bathroom, and had some difficulties with bath cabin.

A very nice hotel with all the facilities you need for a ski vacation. It is roughly 5-8 minute walk to the gondola, although uphill. The breakfast is good. It is basic but has all the ingredients you need to start your day. Dinner is not included as it is in the adjacent restaurant “Veranda”, which you go to through the hotel. So you eat whatever you order, and there is a discount for hotel residents. The house cat is cool and friendly.

For me personally, the room was too hot, and I didn’t quite understand when and how the heating was controlled. I think it depended on whether the key car is in the slot or not.

Great location,at the very center.Everything you need is walking distance,the gondola too.Greetings to the lady at reception,she was very nice.The spa is free to use and you have sauna,jacuzzi and decent pool.You can pay for a massage if you want,prices are ok.Parking space is available with reservation,you pay some simbolic price per day.Rooms are warm and beds are comfortable.There is a cable tv. Great value for the money.Recommended.

Good location, a few hundred meters from the Gondola lift. Many restaurants and bars around. The hotel is traditional so don't expect fancy things but it's clean and the relax area with sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi is nice. My room was big with a big terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Eva. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food and as a hotel guest you get a discount.

The juice with the breakfast can be improved. It's waterish...

The best and hottest sauna! Really lovely helpful staff. Decent good value breakfast. Very good location- less then 5 minutes walk to the gondola.

No elevator- not usually an issue for me however my finance injured his ankle snowboarding and getting up and down the stairs was a challenge for him after that. Room was also quite hot and we could not turn off the radiators. But these things were not big problems to us.

Floory, the cat, is also part of the crew and very friendly :) - Clean rooms with guaranteed hot showers - The location is excellent and less than 5 minutes walk to the ski gondola Bansko - The breakfast is excellent and it’s 5€ only! - The pool, Sauna and massage area are clean and tidy My partner and I really enjoyed the stay and we’d certainly stay again if we ever visit Bansko again.

We loved our stay, it was perfect! The room was big, bed super comfortable and the view from our room priceless. It was great to wake up every morning and look at the mountains. Location of the hotel is also really good, short distance from the gondola and good restaurants within 1 to 3 minutes walking. They also have a room to store ski/snowboarding equipment, with a nice device to dry the boots. The best part was the spa, with warm water pool, sauna and jacuzzi, we used it every day after snowboarding. Hotel staff was also really attentions, we for sure recommend it!

It was a very enjoyable experience and I am very satisfied with my stay at this great place. About the room - cosy, warm, comfy The size of it was pretty good it was a really big room. The bathroom was comfortable and warm with a shower cabin. The bed was big and soft. There was a nice couch. There is a working fridge. About the staff - friendly, caring and nice We had a great welcome. Lovely cat. They were friendly and helped us by giving us some good pieces of advice about nightlife. We like to make our tea for the day and they provided an electric kettle for our room. About the spa - good for ending an intense skiing day Good sauna, usually a warm jacuzzi, good pool. It was just enough. I was dreaming about it during the hard weather on the top of the mountain. About the restaurant/breakfast I liked the breakfast. Every day there were different options. Good thing it starts at 7:30. We made it just in time for the gondola lift. For dinner we enjoyed the restaurant, we also had a 10% discount as clients of the hotel. It is a nice traditional restaurant with a friendly staff, good background music, and big portions. About other facilities There is room to leave your ski equipment (ski, poles, shoes) - free of charge. About the location - perfect A short walk from everything around, including the gondola lift. It is on the same main street.

About room The view from the first floor is not that good, not a big deal for me. About spa It closes at 20:00, I would have enjoyed one more hour. ;) About breakfast We didn't like the juices.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and the spa facilities were great. we had balconies with our rooms and the views of the mountain from these balconies were fantastic. wonderful location too, close to the best restaurants and importantly, close to the gondola too.

there was a big bath/shower in our bathroom but no shower curtain so the toilet and floor got damp after showering which was a bit annoying. The room was very warm some the shower splashes did dry up pretty quickly though. It would be great if the breakfast began at 7:00 to allow people to eat and beat the gondala queue.

The location is excellent, close to the gondola and the old center. The staff is extremely kind and smiling. The room is very clean, the towels are changed every day. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are a plus for relaxation after a day of skiing. The food from the restaurant is very good and we received a 10% discount because we were accommodated in the hotel.The restaurant is a greek tavern with barbeque. I received a recommendation for renting ski equipment with a 10% discount. We will return with pleasure.
