The hotel is beach front, first line after the Sunny Beach dunes. Easily accessible. Room is excellent size for a family. Waiters in the restaurant are great.

Some little clients' perks as 10% discount in the restaurant for lunch were missing this year. No long-term clients policy. Been visiting this place for 4 years and still no show of special hospitality.

the appartments doesn’ t have good phonic isolation. During the night you can listen the neighbours. The young english guys made a lot of noise on the terrace during the night. It wasn’t very nice!

Most of the staff are friendly and the place is clean. Cleaners in general are very good. 2 bed apartment is spacious and ideal for us as a family of 4 - great having 2 bathrooms and large balcony.

We stayed here in 2022 and there were little things that were worse in 2023. The room we had this time was not in as good state of repair. Air con was unreliable, curtains hanging off, furniture damaged. Some staff very unfriendly. Breakfast options not as good as last year. Place was also very quiet (14-24th June) so lacked atmosphere in restaurant at night etc. pool tiles damaged and all over the side.

The apartment was with very nice terrace, and pool view. The staff is very kind and helpful. Nessebar is near to the hotel, 20 min, walking distance. Very nice food in the restaurant for a lunch.

It's really strange for a 5-star hotel, the boiler in the rooms is local and we were waiting 20 minutes to heating, because there's not enough hot water for 4 people. The furniture is simple and not the same like the pictures.The breakfast is the same every day, only a few options for healthy breakfast

The room was very large, clean, and we had all the comfort we needed, with a nice view to the pool and the playground area. We felt very safe, knowing that we could supervise the kids from the balcony, or from the restaurant, because everything was well designed so you could do that. The inside swimming pool was a little small, but it was a good thing we had it, for the rainy days.

The woman at the reception was a little grumpy, but the rest of the staff were great. Also, the restaurant was very expensive, compared to the quality they provided. The food was okish, but not for those prices. Everything around was very expensive, so if you have the chance to opt in for All-Inclusive, go for it, because otherwise, you will spend a fortune on food and beverages.

The location, the facilities

Spider web outside the hotel, spiders in the room, making the room doesnt involde throwing out the garbage or making the bed and the breakfast ia the same every day. The hotel is rated 5 stars but the truth is that is a 4 star hotel.

The location was great - next to transportation, near stores, away from the noise of the bigger resort and just a very short walk to the beach. The staff was really helpful and always available. The property was constantly cleaned - they were even cleaning the glass on the outdoor showers :)

It is not a dislike necessarily but rather suggestion - the pool while very clean and nice is in need of some tile work - replace the missing tile (not just patch the gaps)

Lovely spacious room. Good varied breakfast. Lovely big pool (was a bit chilly in September though). Nice spa facilities. Very close to the beach. Restaurant large and good quality food with 10% discount to hotel guests. Hotel staff very accommodating in providing a baby cot and even a baby bath for us as we had our 4 month old daughter with us for the stay. No issues extending our stay by a day.

Excessive noise from the neighbouring Cooks Club hotel was a real downside, not at all the fault of the Galeon hotel but perhaps some soundproofing could be considered for those rooms facing the pool.

Hotel was clean and comortable, rooms spacious, all basic kitchen equipment included. Close to the beach and small shops. Hotel arranged good airport transfer. Nice pool area. Breakfast was ok, but nothing fancy, coffee was not good, but there is a coffee shop just around the corner.

Nothing about the hotel itself, but the area - we were staying late September, and all reastaurants in the area (apart from Hotel one) were closed already.

The hotel is new and very modern. The rooms are very beautiful with large balcony and a lot of natural light. The breakfast is very tasty and various. Every day they gave us new towels for the beach. The hotel has a lovely spa. The location is excelent because is 5 min by walk from an amazing beach.

The play area for children has toilets nearby and the smell is unbearable. On the last day of accommodation, they had a power cut and we were not notified. We only discovered that we don't have electricity in the hotel when we returned from the beach in the evening. We would have liked it if they had informed us earlier so that we could find another accommodation nearby. The problem was not fixed and we had to leave..The good part is that we received the money back for the last night accommodation, but the inconvenience of leaving at night and looking for new accommodation at short notice was very bad.
