I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beachfront gem during a business trip, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, with the hotel situated right on the first line to the beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean from my room. The culinary delights were nothing short of spectacular. Each meal was a feast for the senses, with fresh, flavorful ingredients and a variety of options to suit every palate. The restaurant's ambiance and attentive service made every dining experience truly exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the mini golf course, which is free for all guests. It’s a fantastic way to unwind and have fun without leaving the hotel grounds. The course is well-maintained and provides a perfect mix of challenge and entertainment. The hotel also catered perfectly to my business needs. The sofas at the reception desks were unbelievably comfortable, making it easy to relax between meetings. The internet connection was exceptional and consistently fast, allowing me to accomplish everything I needed to do and more. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Whether you're there for the stunning views, the delectable food, the complimentary activities, or for business purposes, it's an absolute must-visit!

The staff was very polite and friendly, for any of our questions they were willing to advise and help. The rooms were cleaned every single day, the Breakfast was balanced with vegetables, fruit and dessert included, The restaurant is a beautiful garden with fountain and flowers. The beach is in front of the hotel, from the balcony we had a beautiful sea side view. This is our second time staying here and if we come back to Sunny Beach again, we will definitely stay in Shipka.

Wifi was a bit unstable sometimes, I brought my work to vacation to keep up with what's going on with my team, so it was kind of a frustration from time to time.

Honestly this place was not so bad. Hotel Shipka was a great choice for my summer vacation. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, and the view from my room’s balcony was breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. The room itself was clean, had good air conditioning, and the WiFi worked perfectly, which was a plus. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to answer questions and made my stay comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to Sunny Beach’s center, shops, and restaurants made it easy to explore without needing a car.

While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few things that could have been better. The breakfast menu was a bit repetitive after a few days, and more variety would have been nice. Parking was also a little inconvenient since the free lot was a short walk from the hotel. Lastly, there wasn’t enough space in the room to dry beach towels and swimwear, which became a bit frustrating after a few days. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was very positive.

The sea view was breathtaking, one of the best I've seen in my life! The staff was also very friendly and responsive. Also free parking and minigolf were great additions. Would come again :)

Healthy food but not so varried.

I really enjoyed the balcony and the sea view.The room was clean and the towels were changed every day.The fact that hotel was almost on the beach was a very good advantage. The hotel is situated in the centre of the resort and Aldo was very close. I also enjoyed that there was a minigolf nearby, even if we had to pay 10 leva per person for each game. The restaurant and the place to have the meals was very pleasant.

The dishes repeated, every day having, with very little differences, the same kind of food and every day eggs were present: omlette, omlette with cheese, poached eggs, in pancakes of three types...fed up with eggs The parking lot was not near the hotel.We were not allowed to leave the car there, but in a nearby parking lot, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. At least they had a place available for leaving the car.

This is the third time we stay at Hotel Shipka Beach, and every visit is simply great! We are always impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea, and the breakfast is varied and always delicious

This  especially like the peaceful atmosphere of the garden, where our children love to play. The staff is very kind and helpful, which makes every vacation a real pleasure. We look forward to coming back again!

Great location - sea was just 1 min from the hotel , nice staff - they speak different languages , great value for money , pretty good variety of food - we had breakfast and dinner which we liked during our stay . Unlimited coffee . Cleaning everyday of the room . We arrived earlier (5am) and they checked us in without any extra changes .

folding bed was not very conformable . It is ok for a day or two , but if you want to stay a week and more , this bed is very uncomfortable ( hello back pain) . Also a bad water drain in the bathroom. ( we had our own sea in the room ) , but we asked for a mop and the issue was resolved . Also , a club or a bar is located right after the hotel , if you want to sleep and relax be prepared to listen to music till the midnight

The accommodation was great, if you came here for the beach, view and good location. The staff is friendly and at your disposal. If you came here to look for five stars in a hotel of three and then leave bad reviews, then you are the problem.

Friendly and flexible staff, hotel close to the beach. The front office manager kindly helped us to move to a nicer room, he was always very nice and ready to help.

Breakfast was OK, but the dinner proved to be very poor.
