Very nice hotel, common rooms have a pleasant smell from the spa area, extremely responsive staff ready to help at any moment! Restaurant service - excellent! Huge portions, which we were surprised by. Fantastic fish soup! Clean rooms, amazingly warm even at night, even though we were here in late autumn... Delicious and varied breakfast.

Everything was prefect.. The hotel was amazingly clean. The staff were so friendly and approachable.

I liked everything except the listed below. Mostly the park and the spa. I enjoyed the pools, bars and restaurants at all time. 👌🏻👌🏻

The door was broken and of our friends too. There was no silverware nor plates in the apartment where supposed to have as it have kitchenette. And they didn’t bring us any when we asked for them. We couldn’t use the parking at no time. The lobby bar isn’t 24/7 as the normal hotels would so at 6am I couldn’t get a coffee. The kids playroom was dirty and messy. It beach is not that close as it seems and not so good to enjoy it.

My request to have a room at an upper flor was considered by the hotel - I had a magnificent view from the balcony. Hotel services and food were good. The close Nessebar town is also great to visit

The fact that is not right on the see could be uncomfortable for some people/ I did not find a problem in the 3-4 min trip there and having to pay additionally sun-beds and umbrela

No staff present during dinner in the restaurants besides in one of the grills. The main pool looked a bit dirty. Staff nay be mismanaged due to the hotel size. Beds are not comfy (mattress is too firm).

This is a value for money resort. The stuff is really making an effort to the extend of reasonable expectations matching it price is very very fair. Great location, many facilities, amazing pool and sky bar!

The security guards need to be more polite to the guests. Of course the hotel needs renovation as it's old and tired. Staff need better training.
