Breakfast was super...Room also is nice, and clean. In a quiet part of town and not a big hotel which is great

Every recommendation for this hotel, but they charge an additional 10 euros for car parking, and they never stated in the description that parking is not available. I think it is fair for the guests to say that parking is charged, and not to announce it at the reception when you arrive

The hotel is full renovated, therefore all is new, the smell is pleasant, the furniture quality is above medium, the bathroom is spotless. The room have had a big double bed and 2 single beds, the space being big enough for us (we are a family with 2 children). Most important, during our stay the night temperatures were below 0 degree, but in the room was warm thanks to the heating system who can be easy set from the wall controller. The room was cleaned and towels were changed during our stay of 4 days (towels twice). Breakfast is very good, we found what we like, there is also coffee machine (very good cappuccino). When the hotel is at full capacity, it can be a bit crowded in the breakfast room, but we were always there around 8:30 and it was free (from 9 am onwards it became more crowded). we parked the car in the underground parking lot (for a fee, around 10-15 euro per day). The metro station is only 3 minute away on foot, but the downtown is also reachable in a 20-30 minute stroll. The value for money of this hotel is invincible.

Hotel is brand new, rooms furniture is like for a 4* hotel. My room was from hotel backside, very quite, very comfortable bed, I did not use it, but free of charge coffee and tea, this is normally 4* and above hotels. Great breakfast, again not like a 3* hotel. Staff is new and willing to help. Great value for money if this side of Sofia is good location for you.

Would be nice if there is a complementary water in the room, but for 3* hotel its not necessary. Small elevator, could be a problem in the morning, but I was using the stairs, even my room was on 3rd floor, so I did not bother. I always use any occasion to move, so stairs is actually very good and spacious. Lack of music in the restaurant in the morning is a bit strange, as its a small place. Its like everybody is sitting together like in a cozy canteen, but without music is more canteen, not restaurant. On other hand, this is so small thing that, somebody most probably would not notice. Also its a very easy fix. For 3* hotel is maybe one of the best places in Sofia.

Staff were great. Nothing was a problem for them. With a smile they couldn’t do enough. Breakfast superb, they even had honey. New modern hotel only open one month. Loved the newness. The bed was very big with a great mattress and two superb pillows each. TV had some English talking channels which was great. Tea, coffee maker with capsules etc. Great double shower with body wash, shampoo & body lotion. Loved the thick rich towels. Room was spacious. This is a small Best Western which I also liked. Lovely reception area with small bar. Also modern small area to sit just off the reception. 10-15 min walk to town.

Very little. Lift is very small & can be slow arriving, but it didn’t bother us, we chose to take lift up & stairs down. For some reason it rained last night & the many different noises of the rain hitting the window sill disturbed me. I have never had a problem with noises, but I think there may be a fault outside the window as with double/Triple glazing this should not be. One can expect teething issues seeing it’s a news build.

The room with balcony was great. Love this hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you. All the staff were great especially George. Very comfy bed. Room immaculate. I had a late checkout. Mini bar was very cheap with great choice. City centre. 10mins to Christmas market. Very central. Taxi 10mins to airport. Loved the breakfast, they even had honey. Boiled eggs & scrambled. Bacon, sausages, ham, cheese, broccoli, carrots, lovely breads, cereals, walnuts, flax seeds, yogurts, fruit, apple juice, fresh orange juice. Coffee machine. No one should complain at this hotel for the high stand they provide at a very cheap price.

There was nothing that I didn’t like

A hotel with good location in the wide center. The parking is very important for that part of the city. Nice facilities and high level of cleanliness.

Only drawback for me was the lack of possibilities of cool down the room - neither to open the window (on the first floor) or to calm down the heater.

I checked in in time. The staff was amazing. The room was excellent. All necessary things were there. I like the mini bar. I stayed there a week. Breakfast was good.

At breakfast I couldn't find a mayonnaise or mustard. Because i like my meal with mustard. salt and pepper sometimes was missing from the table.

I needed to stay in that area, and the location was conveniently accessible via metro (European Union station). The room was bright and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I also really loved the bathroom, and the included breakfast was a lovely bonus.

There seemed to be an issue with the bathroom drain, but everything else was perfect.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days in Nov 2024. It is a budget friendly hotel. The service quality is outstanding for the price. I also found their breakfast to be very good. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for a decent stay in Sofia for a decent price.

The room was large, beautifully decorated, and warm in winter. Everything looked new and very clean. Helpful staff.

The elevator was very small (we had a baby in a stroller, and we could barely fit it in) and very slow. The breakfast looked good, but wasn't very tasty. The pancakes were hard and cold, the cakes seemed old.
