Excellent location in the city center, but in a very calm side street. Sleeping with open windows is perfectly possible, hardly any noises from outside. Reception is working 24/7. Very spacious room with big windows and lots of opportunities to place or store things. Very unique shower system in the bathroom, which looks intimidating at first glance, but turned out to be a multifuntional massage shower from decades ago. Wi-Fi worked very well.

Most of the time there was a smell of cigarettes in the hallway. The elevator didnt work during the last two days of our stay. The bathroom could have had more opportunities to place items near the sink.

I was staying in this small hotel over 10 years ago and liked that street and district of Sofia a lot and the nice helpful reception. It was a nice surprise to still meet the same quality of service 10 years later, like nothing had changed. Hotel rooms are older meanwhile of course, but it's still a cosy place I just feel good. Bed was super!!!

Everthing was fine. Coffee, tea and water dispenser in reception is a bit fat at times, but I can live with that. Better get good coffee for free than none at all!

Nice older style hotel with lovely spacious room with plenty of bench space, seating area and a big comfortable bed. Our room has a large openable window with a pleasant leafy outlook. The room decor has a retro 70s feel which we didn't mind as everything seem well maintained. The hotel is located in a nice safe area of Sofia and within walking distance to major attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom is a bit dated but it is clean.

We stayed only for one night, the first night of our trip, to get our bearings. The staff was friendly, the amenities sufficient, the room clean. The place didn't have breakfast, but it's in an excellent central location, and finding our own breakfast wasn't a problem. It's not a luxury place, but we knew that going in. Considering the low price we paid for this one night, it was a great value for money.

Great location in the centre of Sofia, super friendly & helpful staff, clean facilities, a very comfortable big bed in a spacious room. Good value for money! Would definitely stay there again!

The shower system in the bathroom was a bit outdated and difficult to get your way around its functions. The shower curtain was old and you could see that it had been there for a while.

Large and modern designed room Support and help of Hotel staff in case you have an issue (I got a car park issue with the local authority and Hotel staff solved the issue) and it was very important for us.

At least we could have found some crackers or cookies in the morning. If the visit is by car, autopark opportunities should be checked before arrival.

Walking distance to the main pedestrian street in Sofia - Vitosha and near most of the main sights. It is close to many restaurants and bars and is a good starting point to explore the city. Spacious and comfortable room.

The decor of the hotel was quite simple but that could ve expected for the price range. The elevator was not in function while we were staying so we had to climb some stairs with the luggage.

- The rooms are in a need of renovation, the interior and the amenities are worn out. There is a sewage smell in the bathroom as well. - The cleanliness can also be improved - The doors seem to be very thin; one can hear everything in the hallway and that takes away the feeling of privacy

The room was large & comfortable. The location was very convenient for all the sights.

There was no kettle in the room & the bathroom door didn't close properly. The staff could have been a bit more enthused.

The location was perfect for walking to all sites of interest. The hotel was in a quiet street and at night there was no noise.

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, as no cleaners accessed my room over the 6 days I stayed, other than the once because I requested it.
