I was on a trip round the Balkans, and stayed in several reasonably priced hotels across the region. This was by far the best. Everything worked. The room was pleasant and it had a decent shower. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly. I also loved how close the hotel is to the railway station. At the end of a long rail journey, the last thing you want is an arduous search for your accommodation. One can see the hotel signage from the train as you pull in to the station.

The breakfast was a bit limited, and I didn't appreciate the cold fried eggs. Although there was a plethora of fruit teas available, there did not seem to be any breakfast tea, which was a shame, as that is my usual morning tipple.

Really nice hotel with beautiful rooms , clean ,cosy, staff is friendly! Restaurant staff are always ready to help! Lobby staff always ready to help ! Next day rooms was clean and towels was changed !Breakfast was perfect!But the best part was decoration of the interior of the rooms in every each floor! The music which was build in was awesome

If you are staying for holiday and want to go to the beach! Its a bit far away and you need to walk ! Salads in restaurant are prepared early and you can see the change of colour of tomatoes and cucumbers !

The room was amazing - loved the colors and layout. Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. 5 minute walk to Train Station and about a 12 minute drive to the main bus station

Coffee at breakfast - from a machine - was a little weak. The location was at the edge of the center - mo long walks but few restaurants in the immediate area so usually a 10 to 15 minute walk to restaurants.

Very large room, big comfy bed. Good bathroom, free toiletries. Everything very clean and working. There was a reasonably priced mini bar too. The hotel is across the road from the the train station, an easy 5 minute walk, so good for onward rail connections. The city centre isn’t too far either. Breakfast was pretty good, choice of dishes, tea, coffee, juices etc.

Comfortable room, clean and very good breakfast. The hotel is very close to the train station for easy access to everywhere.

The area near the hotel doesn't have many restaurants.

It's clean, my room was spacious, it was modern and good-looking.

A little far from the center of the city, but convenient if you ride the Lime (or other) scooters.

Very spacious suite, lots of toiletries. Close walk to the centre.

Noisy, ineffective air conditioning, reception staff member unhelpful & made no effort to rectify. Breakfast area too small, no tables available so had to sit in reception, again no acknowledgement/apology from staff.

Very happy with everything here and we would stay here again. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Great location, short walk to the beach and main shopping street. Great food. 15 minute walk to bus stop for bus to airport 409 and it just cost 1 lev 60s.

Some buttons on TV remote not working. Went to reception and they had no solution/replacement. As a result we could not access smart TV. But just a small thing that didn't ruin our holiday.
