Good location for exploring Velinko tarnovo, we walked to town via the park, great view and lovely walk. Only a few mins to drive to free parking just on the edge of town. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ordered from the menu, I think purely because they weren't very busy. We would definitely return Comfortable bed and powerful shower, although a bit tight, so maybe not suitable for someone with mobility issues

The place has a nice view, a great restaurant, and plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and breakfast was amazing.

The room could be better ventilated as it smelled of musty/locked humidity upon entry. The toilet's ventilation has to be switched on manually using the second switch, which might not be obvious to guests, leading to a bit of a black mold issue. There is no place to place toiletries except at the sink. There is no divide between the toilet and the shower, which isn't much of an issue but was a bit of a surprise. There is an insect net separating the indoors and outdoor, but somehow, bugs still got in, not sure from where. Breakfast could have been a bit more protected from the flies feasting, but otherwise, it was great.

Not very close to the city center but we knew that beforehand so it's not a big minus.

Very nice, comfortable, clean, business oriented hotel located in a garden with gorgeous garden view opened to surrounded hills. The hotel is within a reasonable distance from center city. 25-30 mins to walk or 5 mins by cab. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive to every request

The only inconvenience is: if you are not on wheels, then the taxi is only option to get to the center city and back.

The accomodation was pretty good, the staff was helpful, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the view very very nice. They changed the towels and cleaned the room daily. The breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The location was pretty far from the town center but if you don't want to take the car you can walk for about 35 min or ask at the reception to call a taxi and in 5-6 min you are in the center of the town.

The shower in the bathroom is indeed a bit uncomfortable because it's right on top of the toilet and you get water everywhere. The room door was a bit wobbly and when other people would come out of their rooms, our door would move and be pretty loud. Also there was a bit of 'unclean' smell coming out of the heating radiator, but not very bad.

The hotel is near the park, so the views are amazing and we could see fireflies in the rose bushes at night. I was happy to see carpets in the hallway, so you don't hear all the steps. The room is big enough for a quick stay and very clean. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, and the service was very good.

About the bathroom, there isn't an actual shower place, you wash yourself in the middle of the bathroom. It is a very small bathroom indeed and it does the job, just don't be surprised when you see it.

The staff was really nice. The mattress was really comfortable, it was really clean. The food is great and the view from the restaurant is amazing.

I didn't like the bathroom, it was too small and showering was a little difficult. Also there was little to none storage space in the bathroom, so you don't really have the space to put your personal hygiene products.

good breakfast, nice place for dinner outside in a hot summer day, good wine, for children there is a big green field to play, and nearby is a forest with outdoor activities

far from city center, poor view from the room, no fridge in the room, no swimming pool or sauna, butterflies on the wall, price was bigger than the value offered, was expecting more beaf steaks on a place marketed as beaf and fish, only tenderloin steak, meatballs and sausages found.

Easy to find, good signage to property on a difficult road The staff were polite well dressed and attentive even though they were in the middle of setting up for a large party. Excellent location for exploring the city, lots of information for places to see. The room was small but functional, very clean, comfortable bed, balcony had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.

The bathroom was the smallest bathroom Ive ever been in. However it was functional and the shower was hot and powerful.

The hotel has a great location, with beautiful view of the city. All tables on the terrace share this amazing view. Food is very good (both breakfast and dinner). Staff friendly. Room spacious, comfortable and clean. The family room has an extendable couch on which 1 person can be very comfortable. Walking is possible to the city center (about 30 minutes) , through a very nice park. If you choose a taxi, a trip from the city center to the hotel is approx 20 leva and takes about 10 minutes.

Some of the furniture and accessories could use some improvement (anti mosquito door was barely hanging, on the verge of falling). However, nothing serious.
