First of all, I've set very low expectations after booking a room at this hotel, and this is the mindset that you need to approach in order to enjoy it. After all, for me, it was a decent experience. Here it is what I liked: - The location is very nice, near the center surrounded by pleasant landscapes. - The hotel is big, equipped with most of the things you would need, including some spa services (massage, pool, jacuzzi, sauna). - The room is big, comfy, and fitted with everything to enjoy the stay. - The restaurant food was good and more than decent priced. - The staff was present and helpful, ready to please you.

- The hotel, although it is 4 stars ranked, in reality, barely meets 2. It does not have enough parking slots to accommodate all the guests' cars. Worn furniture. The pool enclosure was dirty on the ceiling, and all the dirty drops from the ceiling (due to condens) were falling into the pool. - The room was not very clean. Dust cobbles and spider webs could be seen in every corner. The bathroom is warned and could need some investment. - The breakfast served was the same every day without having too many options.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Studio was spacious. Lovely panoramic balcony. Breakfast was good. Spa was free on the day of our arrival so we enjoyed that. Overall good experience.

Bathroom had mold. Toilet was broken. We found it cooler in the pool than expected.

Dishes during breakfast were not cleaned well.

Beautiful view, clean, large room and bathroom, underground parking, sufficient size pool with sunbeds. I had a room with 3 beds. Mattresses and pillows too soft for me. Many restaurants nearby. 10 minutes by car or Taxi to Veliko Tarnovo. The staff was helpful without problems at check in and check out. A fridge with freezer in the room. Functional hair dryer. A beautiful little garden.

Small space for luggage storage. The bathroom is ugly in my opinion. Breakfast is cold without variety. The facilities at the pool are noisy but they are only used during the day. In the evening I saw some mosquitoes. The light is of low intensity. The TV is small.

The location has an excellent large panoramic view; there is a park near-by, with restaurants around. The rooms are large, with all the facilities. There is a very good pool, a jacuzzi, table tenis, biliard table, and a playground for kids both inside as well as outside. The interior yard is very nice for an after-meal walk. They have also enough parking places. The staff was nice and communicative. The breakfast as also dinner were very good. The towels had been changed every day.

The room temperature control was not working properly, maintaining a high temperature with almost no control (only on-off). Also in other rooms they have nets to protect the open windows for flying bugs to enter, my room did not have.

The view was absolutely stunning!! The hotel is located on the top of a mountain, so the panorama is lovely. The breakfast is good, with a little bit variety, but it's ok. Also, the hotel provides a pool, with a nice view, also. Overall, our stay was relaxing

The rooms aren't really clean, we had in our bathroom a family of spiders and a lot of dust on the furniture. We paid for a tennis play, but the rickets were broken rickets.

The room was really big and clean. The beds were comfortable. They have an effective air-conditioning The pool was clean and we had free access all day long. It's a bonus you get for the room. The food in the restaurant was very good, with a lot of options and the prices were low. The place is a bit underrated for what it can offer

Park Hotel Arbanassi has a nice location with a spectacular view of Veliko Tarnavo city. They have a nice playground, so you can enjoy your coffee while the children play. The room was big, the beds were comfy. The big terrace was a big plus. We had one of our best massage sessions at the hotels spa.

Neither the room, nor the bathroom were too clean and there was not enough light.

It is a beautiful hotel, large and bright room, constant heat that you could adjust to whatever degree you needed. Good and varied breakfast, decent prices at the restaurant for the rest of the meals. We really liked the pool, warm and clean water. The hotel is located in a green area with a very beautiful view. We'll come back. Arbanasi is a charming village with stone houses.

Arbanasi it's one of my favorite places you can be there in 3 hours from Bucharest even faster than the Prahova Valley in Ro. The hotel si located in the yard of Todor Jivkov residence. The hotel is having great piscina, nice place for sunbeds and a nice green area behind. Also is having an underground parking place. The restaurant is spacious and is having a good menu.

There are only 2 drawbacks - the room are not very well cleaned we found some spiderweb, the bed sheets are quite small.. - the breakfast was identical in all 4 mornings.
