This is a nice place. Full apartment with two bedrooms, balcony, rooftop pool and gym. It is equipped enough that you could easily prepare basic meals. Two TVs with streaming services. Laundry washing machine. Good location and comfortable beds. We only stayed overnight in-between destinations but would definitely consider this for a longer stay. This would be a 9.5-10/10, but because it had clearly been smoked in, it gets an 8/10. For reference, we are a Canadian family with two teenagers that have been travelling SE Asia for 2 months.

All rooms are advertised as no smoking. Immediately upon walking in there was an obvious and strong odour of cigarette smoke. I immediately asked to be put in a non-smoking room and was informed that this was a non-smoking room. The employee agreed it smelled like smoke, however, and they brought us an air freshener which helped a bit. We ended up with headaches and clothes smelled a bit like smoke.

The property was clean, rooms were very spacious and staff were very friendly. Close to local markets and shops. Room cleaning was provided every day with fresh towels and bottles of water while we were staying.

Not many restaurants were located in walkable distance from the place, but it wasn’t too far to go to nice restaurants by tuktuk or car. So overall it was all good.

The room is big enough and they provided a clean environment. As a service apartment, enough facilities are supplied. The location is also good. A supermarket is near the hotel and it is very convenient.

The breakfast is not provided, although generally it caused no problems. This time, my health conditions are not good. Thus, some kind of breakfast is welcome.

Staff was extremely considerate and helpful. The apartment was spacious and spotless. The rooftop pool is perfect for watching sunrises, sunsets and for cooling down in the midday heat. The pool area provided towels and free drinking water. All amenities were thoughtfully provided including kitchen cooking utensils and dinnerware, towels, wifi, washer, drying rack, comfortable big bed, clean bathroom with hot water, and plenty of storage space for our things. The location is close to markets and right across the street there is a MasterChef restaurant with delicious food.

1. Great staffs with exceptional customer service, specifically the front receptionists and the housekeeping lady. I felt very welcomed. 2. Spacious apartment room that comes with so much appliances that made me felt like I was in my home. The gym room was small, but the property filled it with all the equipments they could fit in - very generous! I did not try the pool but the water looked nice and clean.

1. The location is kind of far away from the city center and the riverside. This isn’t really the issue as I did enjoy the property location being it was relatively quiet. There were many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. 2. The apartment room was nice and spacious but it felt kind of empty due to lack of decorations. Not a huge dislike but it would definitely be better if they decorated the rooms a bit.

AMATA is a fantastic place located in a beautiful area of Phnom Penh city. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The wi-fi is reliable and quite strong for Cambodia. The gym and pool on the 12th floor is absolutely gorgeous too. We will be staying here again and we can recommend this place to everyone honestly.

Everything was amazing

+ Very spacious apartment + All the mod cons inc a washing machine and Ironing Board + Supermarket 200m from apartment to grab some beer etc + Loads of coffee shops nearby (D'August was a good one) and also a large range of restaurants + The rooftop pool, spa and gym were amazing to kick of the day or have a relaxing evening + I left my phone in a Tuk tuk and realised 5 mins after and the staff were so helpful with trying to help me get it back!

_-This is not in the centre of town but is in a local area which has loads of restaurants(some very high end), a market, loads of coffee shops etc), it would be good if they provided a map of some of the local recommendations.

The flat is really big and has everything you could need, including an ironing board, a washing machine, Netflix, and many other features I didn’t have time to explore. The staff are very helpful, and the pool and gym are nice and clean. It takes about 30–40 minutes to reach the airport and 15–20 minutes to get to the downtown area.

Great administrative staff. Great door staff. Really friendly and helpful. (In fact, Ratha, posted on an item I had left forwards to Siem Reap to me). The apartments higher up have a great view. The rooftop infinity pool was great but the gym was absolutely fantastic for an apartment complex. Everything you need for a resistance session is there. Bars, power rack/Smith machine, DBs, plates, hack squat, machines and treadmills etc everything- steam room and sauna. Table tennis and table soccer! Brilliant local Khmer restaurant directly across the street. Spotless environment. Booked in for two days stayed for two weeks. Great place. Thanks everyone. Argon chang!

The lower apartments didn’t have a great view but there’s nothing can be done about building density in such a big city.

The room is big and comfortable. The facilities are good. Kitchen goods are well prepared. We can stay there for many days. Various TV programs are available and even Netflix and Prime Amazon programs are also provided. Shopping center with a super Market is within a walking distance.

WIFI speed was rather limited. The location is rather far from the city center.
