- really nice and clean room with comfortable bed - good location with nearby restaurants - great value for money
- there were some loud music and noise in the evening from a nearby restaurant but it stopped before midnight so it was okay - it would have been nice if the receptionist (or other staff) showed us the room, the swimming pool, the gym and the elevator to take to our room (or at least explained about them)

Location was perfect in bkk1. Lots of food options and things to do at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy, too.
Hot shower only lasted several minutes so I try to be quick but after a while you get used to the cool water.

The breakfest definetly needs some improvement and 20$ for 2kg of laundry is waaay to much

look this is a lovely hotel BUT the management is nonexistent. Also continual problems with the electronic keys. Reception staff not on the job at 8am, Breakfast is very disappointing, if you need breakfast within 15 minutes of ordering forget this place. Coffee is made at reception and then served on the 7th floor???, meals other than breakfast are good. Breakfast often arrives incomplete which when you are working is frustrating. They is one slow small lift for both guests and staff to use. This is a big design flaw. The suites are very small and aren't quite as well appointed as they first look. However some staff are good and try to be professional while others are untrained and just seem to play on their phones. The beds are a mix the softer option is the most comfortable bed I have hoteled in. If H employs an on site manager who knows how to turn things around then this place will improve but right now it is poor.
