The room didn’t have places for me to put my stuffs. Just a small place to hang a maximum of two blouses. But nothing to support bags.

It is a great accommodation! The photos are authentic, the pool was clean and the room nice. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks for a price that isn't cheap, but a normal tourist price. You can get a tasty breakfast with drinks for around 4$. The stuff is very friendly and we could book the next bus there and they also offered laundry service. They offer a lot of tours or busses.. The location was great. Everything was in walking distance.

The only window in the room opened to the hallway, so there was moisture room and especially the bathroom. There was also a smell because of that. Our towels didn't dry there. The room wasn't much bigger than the size of the bed. But we felt comfortable anyway.

The best value for money we have had in SEA so far. The rooms were clean, and they had everything you needed. Location was PERFECT. The staff have been the nicest hotel staff we have come across. They have a really decent and cheap breakfast on offer. They also do lunch and dinner (but we didn't try this). Strong WiFi and strong air con. They have a pool table in the bar area. There is a full wall for all the transport/activities/visa info for travellers. They offer laundry services and printing services. They even offer free sim cards!!! Honestly, they just have got it right here 👌🏻

Location was good. It’s a $1 tuktuk to most places you’d want to go, or you can walk in under 30 minutes. There are bars and restaurants nearby, tho this does contribute to just a bit of noise - never a problem for me. The pool and bar area downstairs is pleasant. The private room I booked was small but adequate. It was very clean, though the hallway and en-suite bathroom did have a bit of an odor - again, never enough to bother. Staff was all very nice and accommodating - two thumbs up for them. It’s not a 5-star hotel. It’s budget accommodation. Go in with reasonable expectations, and you’ll be happy!

No kettle or fridge in the room. Either or both would have been nice. Otherwise, I was perfectly happy with my stay.

Room has general wear and tear but that didn't bother us but may be a problem to others - mold on sink etc. But other than that can't really fault for the price you pay

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Inika (I hope I spell her name right) was epedcially lovely and took the time to show me around the area, where many bars are located. They staff had a positive energy and the hotel was very clean overall. I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area, which can be a bit noisy, but definitely not super late into the night. The hotel was arrange a ride for me to Sieam Reap at a very convenient price, and the [amazig] bus company also arranged visa for me, so the experience was seamless.

The pictures on Booking are a little misleading. I originally booked a cheaper room, which was super dark and depressing; the window opened up into a concrete wall with zero outdoor light. Perhaps some better lighting (such as a celling light) would make the room more a more pleasant stay.

First of all I would like to say how friendly and amazing the staff were, so kind and welcoming. The Wi-Fi was fast and the pool was really clean. The food and drinks are a decent price and the food tastes amazing! There is a street full or bars and restaurants is round the corner. This does mean that some nights there is loud music on till late but it was okay for us as we had ear plugs. Our room was super clean, I would rate the room we stayed in 10/10!

Despite the food being amazing, If you’re trying save money on food by not eating at restaurants, this isn’t the place to stay. There are signs saying no outside food or drinks allowed in, which I can understand as they have a restaurant to run. But what I didn’t appreciate was some people being allowed to bring food in and others not.

Good location and wifi. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Bed, linens, and pillows were comfortable enough. Clean bedroom and bathroom. I appreciate that there is a wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so it doesn't get wet. Good water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. They arranged a day tour in the city and a bus to our next city for us at a cheaper price than advertised on many reputable internet websites. The restaurant served good food at an affordable price. Nice pool.

I regularly stay at Poolside Villa when I visit Phnom Penh. The staff are lovely, the communal area is great for meeting people, or taking it easy by the pool and reception are very helpful for planning onwards journeys.

- They charge 50 cents to refill a water bottle. You can buy 20 litres in a plastic bottle for the same price, so this is not an eco-friendly policy. Drinking water refills should be offered free to guests. - They facilitate orphanage tours which is a really dangerous industry. Please do not go on an orphanage tour in Cambodia. Children are not zoo animals.

The attitude of the waiters is very good, the environment is also very good, the meals are also delicious, and the cocktails are also very good

I stayed in room 101 on the first night. The sound insulation of the room was not very good. I could hear the outside sound until late at night.
