The bed was huge and comfy. Great air-conditioning and very clean. I thought it was good value for the money. Would stay again.

I didn't like hearing the staff walkey talkies early in the morning. I know they use them for housekeeping but it was annoying being woken early.

They have so wonderful staff,very welcoming with smiling faces and positive attitude and so helpful. The location wasn't bad. The room is ok, nothing special, the bath was very good ,WIFI was ok, not excellent. Housekeeping needs to ask,sometimes very good and sometimes not replacing the uncleaned sheets! I had a suit room,they discounted from 1100$ for 8 nights to 500$,but I surprised, it was just a room with couples of Sq meter bigger than other rooms. So the price is matched what I paid for. The gym was a big room with some equipment ,I liked it, the swimming pool was much smaller than these pics, breakfast was very good,I like it. Finally I am happy and it is worth that price.

I am a returning customer. This hotel situated not far from the Royal Palace, yet a bit on side of the main touristic area. The check-in and checkout went very smooth. The rooms are very well equipped having all a normal traveler needs. there is a minibar, flatscreen TV, modern furniture, a huge bathroom with a big bathtub. The restaurant is situated on the first floor where also breakfast is served. The selection of food on the menu is very wide, the quality and taste of the meals are excellent. They provide a very nice breakfast with Chef preparing the eggs, right in the front of customers. On the higher floors, there is a Swimming pool, gym and the SKY lounge bar. in general, this is a very good hotel for all travelers who want to spend a very nice time in Phnom Penh without any stress.

The services in the swimming pool area and SKY lounge should be improved. The Sky lounge doesn’t look really attractive. Staying in the pool area feels like staying in abandoned place. The staff is mainly hidden behind the bar which looks more a reception than a bar. The menu in a form of a QR code scan is a for sure very modern and environmental friendly act, unfortunately not very wise for the business itself. Most of the customers don’t even notice that the reception is a a bar where they can order nice cocktails or drinks. Sometimes it is better to keep things the old fashioned and simple way and just put a a cocktail list with pictures. The management should arrange some nice music at the swimming pool area to make this place more attractive. The rest was perfect.

The room felt very luxurious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the small touches of the robes, bottled water and the toilettes. The bed was super comfortable too The location of the hotel is great for walking into either end of the city We also enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, making use of the gym and spa The chef at the breakfast is great, enjoyed having freshly made noodles or eggs

Would have been nice to have breakfast run a little longer and to be replenished half way through service. We went for 9am but found most of the food missing Pool was ice cold and we didn’t use it because of this

The staff made it very special by welcoming us with birthday greetings for my partner.The bed was lovely decorated with rose petals, they entered our room singing happy birthday which was unexpected. This was such a kind gesture from the staff I could not thank them enough..they came with a nicely garnished fruit platter which was a treat! We would like to express our gratitude to VEN CHHORVAN, he was truly a nice chap with great customer skills he ensured we had been treated well the whole time.You are a gem to the company! Also to Hean Tityapiseth,the front desk staff who coordinated well and greeted us with a sincere smile.Lastly to Doeb Champey for her service and the other staff at the breakfast area. We indeed enjoyed our time with you all and we look forward to staying again at this hotel with first class service.

The beds were big and comfortable and the room was very nice. The pool was great! And they had happy hour at the pool from 5-8! The buffet breakfast was pretty good, nice selection. The location was good, tucked away so not too noisy, but walking distance to all the attractions. Would definitely stay again. Also, my friend forgot her passport and the staff coordinated with our bus agency to get it to her before we left phnom penh!! Thank you!!

Our shower didn't drain very well and flooded our bathroom a bit. Some hashbrowns/potatoes in the breakfast buffet would be good.

We were upgraded for free, the hotel room was spacious and comfortable and kept clean by housekeeping. The shower is very good, decent pressure and hot water. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna. The cocktails in the bar were very nice and the happy hour was good value. The location worked really well for us, most places we visited were a short walk or tuk tuk away.

Although we had been upgraded the only apparent difference of the upgrade was a bath, however the bath didn't run hot water, we reported it to reception and we were informed it is cold water only, so needless to say it wasn't used. It was quite noisy at night time as there is a karaoke bar nearby and you could hear it into the early hours of the morning. Not much the hotel can do about that, but just to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

A lovely hotel in a convenient location. The pool area was lovely and just what we needed after a hot day exploring the city. The room was beautiful with a very comfy bed.

The service in the bar on the top floor was horrendous. We waited 45 minutes for 2 cocktails and when we asked how much longer they'd be we were told the server was busy... We'd finished our food before the cocktails made an appearance. A glass and it's contents were smashed on the floor at one point and the server left it there for over an hour.

Really nice hotel, booked it and then later on seen some skeptical reviews but we didn't really have any problems. Really comfy beds, nice bathroom, central location, free water refills. Gorgeous pool and Jacuzzis. 2 for 1 cocktails from 6-8pm at the pool or on the sky skybar. Overall, really pleasant stay.

2 painfully slow lifts for 13 floors of rooms of a hotel is pretty annoying. $50 deposit is a lot of money for a deposit for a room. "Gym" is a bit of a loose description. Could do with some more equipment.
