The decorum (impressive khmer-baroque style!), the nice views from my room on the 10th floor, good Internet, quiet, the dining room bordering the swimming pool on the roof-top (14th floor) with stunning views at night. By the way I managed to upscale my stay from Okay Palace Hotel to its neighbouring "bigger brother" The Okay Boutique Hotel in Phnom Penh

the breakfast was average.

the room space is quite big and it worth with the price. the sound-proof is good. Also the price includes breakfast and some facilities like the swimming pool.

The air conditioner is not so easy to adjust. when adjust the temperature higher, it would be hot. when adjust to lower temperature, it would be too cold.

There are two hotels in partnership, so two great pools, good restaurant with fantastic views of the royal palace. Cocktails at happy hour were much appreciated. Remember Cambodia is hot. Location is perfect and a short walk down the lane and right is a great mini mart. For the dollars this is a great place. 👍👍

Very good breakfast, the only downside was that you had to go to OK Boutique Hotel about 50M away, occupancy numbers dictate whether they both have their restaurants open. As long as it is fine I wouldn't consider this a negative. Very large room with city views. Both hotels have very elaborate reception areas.

This hotel is up an alley about five minutes walk to the start of the main nightlife area and walking distance to all the city centre attractions, it's very quiet as not near the main road and very good value.

All was fine apart from not a lot of room to hang clothes up in the wardrobe.

Tv reception was not good ( but I didn’t say anything, so it’s my fault really for saying nothing. Construction noise next to my room from adjacent building…… but it wasn’t too annoying after taking drowsy medication. ( I was in PP for a week for a dental implant surgery)

Such a beautiful hotel, reception was covered in intricate wood carvings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great, breakfast was nice and varied. Rooftop pool and view spectacular. Located behind Royal Palace, with easy access to everything.

Can't think of anything we disliked.

Building was tall. I recommend to ask for a room high up for brightness and view. I had the opportunity to move to 10th floor after one night at a lower level. Lots of wood carving objects everywhere. Helpful staff.

Lovely hotel- lots of character- very comfortable beds. Clean and good breakfast.

The reception staff were friendly when approached but didn’t really make an effort to be welcoming.

Fantastic location, an easy walk to the river, the national museum and a major restaurant area. The Khmer style decor is a bit heavy handed but having so much wood is lovely. Probably the best aspect was the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Marvelous views, affordable cocktails and very friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit old and not in perfect condition - but huge and bright. One day I happened to be in the room when staff came to make it up; they put the pillows on top of my (filthy) suitcase while changing the bedsheets. This shocked me a bit, especially when they didn't change the pillowcases (I then insisted that they should). We supposedly arranged for a pickup at the airport, but they never showed up, so we ended up taking a public taxi (which was not a problem, ultimately). The breakfast room was sometimes crowded, and I was a bit uncomfortable since there were no Covid protocols in place for guests (though staff wore masks). Almost all the guests were European, and none were wearing masks.
