The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of hot choices that changed daily and fruits. Centrally located, it was easy to grab a tuktuk without waiting, or walk to many sites in Phnom Penh.

We needed to be moved from our first room as the key card light switch was malfunctioning, and the wetroom style bathroom had standing water as it did not drain completely. There were large patches of mold on the tiles. That said, the staff were very attentive and moved us immediately. The room we were moved to was clean and functioned well, although the beds were *very* hard.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic.!. The staff was very professional, always a smile and very polite, from management to cleaning staff. The spa and fitness center. We're very clean. And professional. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The doorman provided extra security and I felt totally comfortable there. He was very prompt and his ability to get a taxit was incredible.. I highly recommend this place to my friends and I will be returning again. Everything it claimed through your agency they provided. There was no flaw.

I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The property is very conveniently placed snd is a solid / reliable choice for staying in the city - great breakfast and don't miss the in-house massage facilities. A lovely bar in the hotel where I had the best freshly made carrot juice and the thing that stood out more than anything? very friendly and competent staff - at the reception, door, cleaning etc. I felt very safe and looked after staying there.

Location of hotel is very good and is very near to city market . Breakfast was exceptionally fantastic. I enjoyed staying in this hotel for 7 days. Staff was exceptionally good. In my next visit I will stay in this hotel only and also i will recommend this hotel to all my contacts. Thanks.

I suggest to management to keep a TIP box in the Restaurant as the staff was taking care of guests needs.

All the staff members are very nice. My room was bright and spacious. This hotel is on a busy street, but at night I didn't hear any noise, so I was able to sleep well. I especially liked the omelette for breakfast, which has various chopped vegetables and cheese. I highly recommend trying the yogurt with passion fruit and honey!

There are a lot of switches for the lights on the bed side, which was a little complicating for me.

First of all I would like to thanks the reception staff all of them supper friendly and helpful, Actually I wanted to stay one day and move sone where else, But when I see the perfect welcoming and helpful stuff in reception, I extend my staying for two more nights, Beautiful breakfast as well, room very clean and tidy, I will recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family in Australia 🇦🇺.

Nothing, everything was perfect yo me.

Was upgraded to a Suite room as they only had a twin deluxe room available for the first night, but could move to a double for the 2nd night. We explained the booking was confirmed some 8 months ago so they upgraded us. Staff were amazing, very welcoming. Would stay here again.

Noise as we faced the Main Street, which is busy.

Extremly friendly staff, always respectful and helping. Good prices at the bar, nice position, safe.

Breafast was nice , but more Western food would be nice ( not really eating noodles and rice at the breakfast).

exceptionally helpful staff- there was something that needed fixing in the bathroom and they attended to it straight away the breakfast is the best I had in Vietnam and Cambodia- excellent they offer the most amazing massages- don't miss out on having it! the entrance hall is beautifully decorated with fish pond and interesting sculptures
