The location right in the centre of the city. The roof top bar with infinity pool. The room was spacious and the shower was fab!!

Not much to not like really

Breakfast food options were good. Pool area is good to but would be better if there was more ambience as it appeared no one was going there in the evening I was there, compared to one of the other Sky Bars I went to in the area which was clearly focused on entertainment and a great environment. The bed at Sun & Moon is one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced, this is one of the reasons why I keep going back!!! The reception and support staff there, are also excellent, always willing and obliging!!

I had a problem with the Bed liner which appeared to be very old and decaying - however this was immediately rectified by the room staff as soon as I brought this to their attention.

Pool was super nice. Great to chill and relax. the spa was great, felt professional. Rooms were modern, well designed and very comfortable.

The location is in the steady bars, girls sitting outside waiting to be picked. lots of old white sex-pats walking around. 211 (our room) doesn't have a window to outside. it does have a window to the hallway and there is not film so people can look directly in.

Great, clean hotel in centre of Phnom Penh. Staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is good, there is a sky bar and swimming pool in roof area

They asked for a $90 deposit to cover bar drinks, meals and other incidental expenses. I incurred $74 of expenses. They refunded the $16 difference. However they then took 3 x times $74 from my card. A week later they refunded me 2 x $74 so we are all square. This seems to be because of a clerical error. My advice to travellers is to pay as you go and do not give them a deposit for meals, drinks etc.

The hotel is very functional, rooms are big, beds are very comfortable. The pool was nice, there were enough sun beds, towels were provided. The gym is well equipped, with a gorgeous view over the city. The staff is very helpful, kind, talkative, ready to help you with information and bookings. Breakfast buffet was standard, food was good. Hotel is very near to the central and night market, as well as the riverbanks. The royal palace is 20 minutes away by foot.

Micro location is not my style

The Sun and Moon while overall is worth considering for your visit to Phnom Penh due to its location near many local attractions plus the benefit of a rooftop pool and bar which is a blessing due to the hot and humid weather. Just be aware that there are some trade offs.

The level of room design and maintenance could be improved. Simple things like better cleaning, TV not connected properly and weak WiFi shows the lack of management oversight. The quality of the breakfast buffet was pretty poor and may reflect local taste and standard. Certainly not up to international hotel standard. The other non-hotel related issue is outside the hotel at night. In the surrounding streets there are numerous girly bars with working girls touting for business. I was also accosted by a local man offering to provide sex with young girls that was quite shocking and illegal. So be warned if you stay here.

Spacious comfortable room with very good shower pressure in the bathroom. Great location central to everything. Staff are fantastic, and the rooftop bar is a good spot with expansive views. Airport pick-up and drop off is also available by contacting the hotel, which saves hassle. Transfer time can take up to 45 minutes depending on traffic

Food and drinks were on the pricey side by Cambodian standards compared to other nearby establishments

Great location! Near to the riverside. We were fortunate to stay here while the water festival was going on. The hotel was very close to all the festival's happenings. The hotel is near to a string of bars so could be noisy on some nights. The rooftop and the infinity pool were fantastic! Also, the food was very good! Noodles were delicious! Very modern, futuristic hotel. Room was nice and spacious.

Due to the water festival, we needed to walk a couple blocks to get a Grab or any kind of transportation. Kinda annoying but not the hotel's fault.

Location.. 10 mins walk to the promenade.. you have 2 supermarkets within 50 meters. You have loads of bars and restaurants all within a 5 mins walk.. reception staff are super friendly and even reserved a coupe of roof top bars for us.. would highly recommend.

The rooftop bar had lovely views but it took 40 mins for our food to come.. then when it came we asked for 4 plates and that took a further 20 minutes.. our food got cold and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Position, it was central, close to everything and to the river side. The gym equipped, the swimming pool with a nice view on the city. The room large and stylish well furnished and with warm colors. Breakfast was full of options and well cooked. The professional SPA service and the restaurant/bar that can be used as coworking place. The reception professional and ready to help

One of the receptionist booked a tuck tuck for me and sent me in different place of the city by mistake
