The staff are exceptionally welcoming. I really enjoyed my two-week stay with them, almost sad to say farewell ...My room was on the top floor, quiet, very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the minibar was handy during my extended stay for emergency soft drinks late at night, the aircon worked perfectly, and the Cleaning staff greeted each day with a smile. I would like to say a special thanks to hotel Manger Khema and also Mr Chang and Lyda who I enjoyed several good conversations in English. As a solo traveller, this made a big difference during my stay. My favourite Tuk Tuk driver is called My Sinat, you can book him through the hotel ... He was my driver for serveral days around the city and temple tours. Add him to your Whatsapp as he's very reliable! The food in the hotel is brilliant. I also enjoyed the local cafe 'Mongkol Cafe' and 'The Muffin Man' - Both are 5 minutes walk. Also if you have time check out 'Spoons' Restaurant, a local charity that also has some of the best food in town. As a way of thanks, I offered to take a couple of staff pictures on my last day (see pics added). Nice to give back with my photography skills. Hope to see you all again one day. Adam

We had the family room and it was great! Big Rooms, big bathrooms (x 2), which meant the children had their own bathroom, and we had ours. The family room had 2 terrace entrances directly to the swimming pool, it was all very convenient. The pool is an oasis away from the hecticness of the main market/pub street, so we loved coming back after a day of temples/sightseeing, and chilling in the pool. Also after dinner in town, we came back and the kids went for an evening swim to cool off. It was fab! The location of the hotel is only a $2 tuk-tuk ride to/from the action of town. The staff here are really friendly and helpful!

Not so-much a negative point, so if you are in holiday-mode, then you will not be bothered that breakfast is not very time-efficient, yet is made up for by the lovely staff that are trying to provide you with the requests you have. I had the American breakfast each day & it was really yummy, and the fruit they bring you is so fresh and tasty. My wife and children had the continental breakfast each day & loved the pastries. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, and although things get lost in translation sometimes, that you need to smile and enjoy the travel experience.

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are so comfortable and spacious. I think the photos don’t do it justice. Location is quiet and peaceful, about two dollars ride away from beer street in a tuk tuk. Tuk tuks are always on standby outside the hotel so you don’t have to worry about getting in. Pool area is lovely. However I think the staff were the real highlight, Chang especially on reception was amazing, so helpful and polite and nice to talk to. He also helped us organise a small tour for Angkor Wat which was at a good price.

The breakfast buffet on the weekdays was a bit limited with not many western options, and we were not offered coffee or tea, nor was there any to help ourselves to. On the weekend however we were offered an al a carte breakfast menu and tea or coffee which was much better. They should do this in the week also. However it is not a huge deal especially for us as we are not big breakfast people anyway.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is super friendly! I loved the swimming pool, the room, the people and also the tuk tuk driver, Mr. Tek, who works for the hotel. In the end, I ended up sightseeing with him which was great. He is a very friendly guy and a good driver. I definitely recommend him to take you to town or to tour you around. I have had three wonderful days in and around Siem Reap thanks to Mr. Tek!

We loved everything about our stay here, it was extremely clean and everything was brand new. The staff were all extremely friendly and spoke great English, they went above and beyond to make our stay special as it was for our anniversary. We felt very safe here as well and the security man outside was lovely. The pool area was beautiful, the bedrooms were spotless and very comfy!

Everything was great - it was a little out from the main town but that wasn’t an issue, a tuc tuc was only $1/2 max and we never had any problems getting one.

Very nice boutique hotel with a friendly staff. They have booked a tuk tuk driver (named Tek) which took us during 2 days on different sites within Angkor. A great and nice driver, fully recommanded! The staff had prepared a surprise in our room for our honeymoon, that was lovely!

It was indicated on Booking that we had booked a 60 m2 room and our room was clearly smaller. It was a nice 25-30 m2 room, but it's kind of frustrating to have a room twice smaller than the one you have paid for.

A new hotel which has really nice architecture. The pool and surrounding areas are very pleasant. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. Tuk tuk driver Borei, who collected us at the airport was very helpful and spoke very good English. Our room was large and very smart. A good breakfast was included; there is a choice of western and local foods. The location is very quiet

The restaurant was not open.in the evenings.

nice and quiet location, the room and the pool is very nice, staffs are friendly and accommodating. breakfast is alsoo good. tuktuk is always available outside the property. i also got a free tuktuk pick up at the airport provided by the hotel.

location is not a walking distance to the town center.

Khema and her team were truly wonderful. Always smiling and ready to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was from a set menu (3 western and 2 asian options).

It is a little out of the way from the centre. Not a walkable distance. However, tuktuks are readily available, so it usually takes about 5 minute ride to the central part of the city.

Room and bed perfectly clean and comfy, the swimming pool nice and relaxing. The staff helpful and kind, they offer me a birthday cake in the morning after I put a note on arrival saying that was my birthday, so lovely!! The breakfast was basic but not bad and the location is acceptable, 6 minutes by tuktuk from downtown. Everything was perfect for us.

The garden and alleys need more caring.
