This hotel is like a little Paradise in Siem Reap. It is located perfectly in the center of the city, but when you are entering the hotel you won‘t feel like being in a city. Rooms are huge - we had one in the top floor (no elevator) with a nice balcony and a good view. Our favorite part of this hotel was the pool. It is so beautiful, you have palmtrees and banana trees around it. Everything is covered in warm colors, even the pool itself. There is a bar which serves delicious and cheap cocktails, juices and coffee. We loved the stay in this hotel. The whole team is so helpful and friendly, we felt welcome at any time.

The fridge didn’t work properly and was quite dirty. Breakfast could be a little better - it is not bad, but suuuper basic.

(1) The room and bathroom is spotless clean, they even decorate our bed as welcome message. (2) Love their super staff, they are always ready to help. They even asked me whether there is any driver will pick up us when check out. So thoughtful. (3) The pool is quite small, but it is a good place to soak in as the weather is so hot (4) The restaurant is ready for you to order and the taste of food is good.

(1) The internet is adequate, but it will drop once everybody use it, especially at night while all guest is coming back to hotel. (2) The AC is not cool enough, but you can wait for a while and later the room will be cool. (3) The location is in the small road, you need to walk out a bit for food and supermarket.

Spacious room, clean, daily room service (and a very nice surprise welcome :). Very spacious bathroom. Balcony small but okay. Comfy bed. Good equipment (small fridge in the room, slippers and bathrobe, towels, shower products), good quality aircon. Very friendly staff, young smiling people. I reserved a bicycle and a motorbike via reception, and it all worked well. Very nice pool - big enough for a few swimming strokes, lovely pool bar and sunbeds around. Good breakfast (choice between four set meals). Location is good, too - very quiet, and walking distance to the central market. Tuk Tuk drivers waiting outside practically all the time, hoping for business.

Very good facilities and very good value for the price. Clean throughout with towels changed daily (although tbh I would have been OK to keep towels, as it's better for the environment than washing fresh ones each day). The staff were lovely and very helpful, including arranging tuktuks if needed, they also arranged tickets for us to go to the Phare circus. Nice pool , lovely breakfast and drinks. Just round the corner from two amazing restaurants - Jomno and Haven, plus other facilities nearby including a small supermarket/pharmacy

provide more towels by the pool. ask guests if they need towels in their room to be changed daily or not (some hotels have a sign in the room) - this is better for the environment for me, the mattress was too hard (but that could be a personal thing?)

Great location and fabulous staff !!! The hotel is dated however good value for money. The only negative is that it does not have a lift, we are mid sixties and whilst fit and healthy the climb to the 3rd floor at the end of a long day exploring Temples on 38c heat was a real challenge. Also the shower water drained to a point at the other end of the bathroom making the bathroom floor incredibly slippery when wet and I mean like walking on ice !!! be very careful…..Other than that great stay!!

Cannot fault this hotel in any way. The staff were amazing- so friendly and helpful- especially the wonderful manager. Pool area was lovely- pool towels provided- plenty of space and so relaxing. Room was extremely spacious, good shower, quiet. Location perfect- 2 high end restaurants at the end of the road and only a 10 minute walk to pub street. I would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Siem Reap- amazing value for money.

Wifi was slow but that is literally the only thing we had an issue with during our stay!

Highly recommend - centrally located within about ten to fifteen minutes of everything. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are just wonderful, they made sure we had everything we needed and they were so helpful. The pool is fantastic and clean, and is as shown in the photos. The room was large, clean, and quiet. Hot water and very comfy bed.

Nothing, this place was very accommodating and we had a wonderful stay. I will note that there is no elevator, so the building may not be well suited for those with a difficulty climbing stairs.

The hotel was relaxing and quiet, the rooms were spacious and the pool area was nice to relax in after a long day exploring. Tuktuk hotel driver, Phorn, was brilliant. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable and made each journey enjoyable for us. He picked us up from the airport, took us around Angkor Wat and dropped us to the bus station. The mattress was thin so the bed sheet didn't stay on and the pillows were quite flimsy resulting in some restless night sleep.

Welcomed back by the staff as if I was an old friend and had a lovely welcome message spelt out in flowers and leaves on my bed. No dislikes. I've extended stays before and this is a return visit If I come back to Siem Reap I'll be back

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were quick to address any concerns I had and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I felt that the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to all the action, as it's just a short walk from the city's top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. There's also a poolside bar where you can grab a refreshing cocktail or light snack while you lounge by the pool.
