The hotel is located 10mins walking from famous Pub Street. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the pulse of the city and a good starting point for your tour to Angkor Wat. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is served in the restaurant belonging to the hotel and is excellent. We booked a three-day tour of Angkor Wat through the hotel. The organization went smoothly and we really enjoyed the compiled program. The hotel also arranged airport transfer. In particular, we would like to point out the staff of the hotel. Everyone, without exception, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and cared for every day. The Cambodian hospitality is simply great.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our two months of travel through SE Asia. Super clean, beautiful bedrooms, super comfy beds with crisp linen. Gorgeous bathrooms with incredible showers. The perfect place to retreat after a day of sightseeing. Breakfasts were made to order off a menu and the selection was perfect. Much prefer this to a buffet style breakfast. All this was such a bonus. BUT what made this hotel special was the staff. From Mrs Sim to each and every one of the staff it was just incredible to be treated like royalty. They deserve a 11/10 for service. Honestly look no further for a hotel in Siem Reap. This is the one. Small, intimate, personal and perfect in every way. Thanks so much guys to making our stay so special 🙏

Not a single thing.

The staff was amazing. We got an upgrade without asking for it and they were super helpful and lovely. The pool was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and you can easily walk to the "center" of the city. If we come back to Siem Reap we will definitely stay here again!

The pool has an opening that sucks the water to be cleaned. The suction is pretty strong and this opening doesn't have anything covering it and it is placed in a position where a childs hand or foot can be easily sucked in. We didn't have any problems but it is something that caught our attention

The room was very spacious with plenty of storage space. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Close to the center (just under 10 minutes' walk) but far enough away that it wasn't noisy at night. At check-in, they served us a drink and a homemade dessert, and they took into account our early arrival and already prepared a room for us, which we really appreciated. The hotel offers tuk-tuk and taxi to Koh Ker at a very reasonable price.

Slightly awkward breakfast... You choose between eggs, pancakes or yogurt. I would eat all three for breakfast :) It would also be nice to offer freshly squeezed juice. Because of the swimming pool, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the dining room.

The breakfast was spot on enough lovey food with variations, it was served at the right temperature, there was no sitting around waiting to be served, the restraint staff opened the doors for you checked if everything was to your satisfaction was there anything else you would like with your meal. Even opened the door for you to leave when breakfast was over. Really polite well mannered staff. 100 per cent professional.

Nothing it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff just could not do enough for you , they organised a tuck Tuck with a guide the service they gave us was very professional, they made sure we had plenty of water, they took us to the ancient temples, they made sure we had a stop for dinner. This was one of the high points of our stay.

The room was really big and comfortable and the hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. They even offered us a room with a shower after the check-out before we left to the airport. The hotel facilities and courtesy services were outstanding. We hired a tuk-tuk at the same hotel for our trips to Angkor Wat, Nita. He was an amazing driver and explained us many things about Khmer culture. The included breakfast was superb: you can choose from 6-8 different types. The airport pickup was free; the dropoff was 7 USD, which was fine.

It wasn’t clear from the beginning that the services you hire from the hotel had a 5% service charge

Great place to stay in Siem Reap. The staff was very kind and attentive. The room was very large, with an excellent shower, and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and the heart of all the action. I also appreciated the support in arranging the free airport pickup and transport around Angkor Wat with a very kind and friendly driver. I would definitely repeat a stay here the next time I come to Siem Reap.

If I had to find a point of critique, it would be that as a Westerner, the staff only provided the Western breakfast menu in breakfast. It was only towards the end of the stay that I discovered there was a local food menu as well. Ask for it! That said, the breakfast was lovely and so were the breakfast staff.

Amazing breakfast with a beautiful pool. The room was so beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you so much to your team for your kindness and professionalism. Nothing at all everything was perfect from A to Z

The location was very good with easy access to the river and Pub Street. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the tours organised for us were excellent and very good value. The breakfast was limited but very nice and the service very good. All the food and drink we had at the hotel was always very nice and good value for money. The pool area was perfect especially after a day of exploring the Angkor temple complex.

We would struggle to complain about anything as this hotel suited us perfectly it felt small and welcoming and all the staff were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and that was in large part due to the staff what a great team they have!

The staff here were all kind and helpful. They were ready with cold towels and drinks when coming in after a long, hot day sightseeing. Any needs we had were addressed quickly and graciously. The pool is beautiful. Tables set up outside for outdoor dining were shaded and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. Location away from downtown area but it was 5 minute tuk tuk ride away. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance

The only complaint I have is the bed. It was too hard for my taste but that's just personal preference.
