The Service was amazing. We had our wedding anniversary and they prepared some surprises which were so nice. A special thank to Ratanak for all his service he did (but also to the whole FO team: Chivid, Vibol, Neath, Neang). The Location is also perfect, in the middle of the town.

Only white bread instead of a e.g. whole grain bread/toast and only sweetened yogurt instead of a unsweetened natur yogurt. Some rooms are near the main street. Especially during the night you will here the noise of the traffic in these rooms.

The Mony Reach team is absolutely lovely! I had an amazing time there. It is close to everything, and people kindness is unmatched! The rooms are huge with a balcony to relax after a long walking day. I haven't used the swimming pool but it looked very lovely. Thank you for the wonderful welcome in your beautiful hotel.

I think the gym was on top of my room and I could here the weights hitting the ground and people running very early in the morning which used to wake me up around 6am when I wasn't on a day trip.

Super-friendly staff. Hotel is quite new with big and cozy rooms with awesome minimalistic design. Location is good, it's in the tourist center with Pub street and main sights (I don't mean Angkor Wat here) a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was good, with some local meals, including vegetarian

Fridge and TV were connected to the same outlet, and fridge started to freeze, TV turned off and on. I guess this happened because of the excessive load on electrical chain. And the same problem, I believe, affected fridge, as it leaked condensation. However, their manager promised to check it. Second issue was not the hotel's problem, but Grab indicated wrong location of the hotel, so double-check your spots for taxis and deliveries.

Wonderful, welcoming staff, very large room with comfortable bed, good breakfast, decent value for money and a good location just far enough away from the intrusive noise of the city centre. Smart TV in the room with working on demand services was a nice bonus.

The gym was quite limited (treadmills both had an issue with slipping belts, so not very safe to use), the pool doesn’t get much sun in the afternoons and while I was there the rooftop bar wasn’t open, so not much going on in the hotel itself. Minor niggles though.

This fabulous hotel is a haven of peaceful luxury. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food. The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. We were greeted on check in with chilled, moist facecloths and cold green tea A dip in the beautiful pool was very welcome after a hot day out touring. Our bedroom was fantastic. Lots of space, thoughtful use of furniture units to maximize storage. Very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. Lovely balcony. Spacious bathroom with wet room type shower and a bath.

I recently stayed at nice hotel for my trip in Siem Reap, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The impeccable service, convenient central location, and peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect stay. My spotless, spacious room with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed provided a luxurious sanctuary. The excellent breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The well-maintained swimming pool was another highlight, perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. Overall, Mony Reach Angkor exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future.

The room was very nice,clean and accessible. The bed was comfortable with a soft mattress and blanket. The room was on the 3rd floor and it had a very beautiful view of the city. The best thing was the staff, very polite and helpful with a very good English, they would always help with anything that we needed. The staff is very attentive,they even let us be in the pool after we checked out while we were waiting for the bus back home, and they didn’t had any problem with storing our bags before the check in time.

Maybe the built-in AC didn’t function perfectly as the room was a little bit not cold.

Beautiful hotel, new and very clean. Close to the city center. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff nice and willing to help. They help arrange a tuk tuk to explore Angkor Wat (small and large circle). Clean pool. Continental breakfast (quite small selection) and Asian breakfast, and tasty fruit. Overall: it's nice and clean and the staff is friendly.

In our first room, the air conditioning sometimes turned off, the staff tried to fix it, but in the end we changed the room, which we were very happy with.

The staff are exceptional! Mr. Bely (hopefully I got his name right) is especially wonderful and accommodating. When we got there, the hotel had just reopened and there were a few kinks like kitchen wasn’t operational yet during our stay but I know that they will be much better as soon as the hotel is fully operational this October. The location is wonderful. The hotel even gave us round trip free airport shuttle service instead of just one way service because they were apologetic over some minor inconveniences. They also provided us with free tuktuk service to town and the tuktuks were fancy!!! We truly enjoyed our stay because the staff made the service feel like first class. They also have a nice pool although we didn’t have the time to use it. This hotel is truly a gem in Siem Reap. I will not hesitate to stay again and will also recommend this hotel to my friends, family, and clients!

A few minor things like there was no breakfast available during our stay but that’s also because they haven’t reopened the kitchen yet during our stay. I was told that they will be fully operational in October. I also didn’t enjoy the pillows as they were a bit too stiff for my liking but the staff took our feedback to heart so I hope that they will switch the pillows to something more comfortable.

Our stay at Mony Reach Angkor was truly exceptional. The hotel's spacious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Its convenient location, just a few walk from banks, malls, and popular areas like Pub Street, made exploring Siem Reap a breeze. The hotel's staff was incredibly helpful in organizing our tours, ensuring we saw the best of Angkor Wat and other stunning temples. We highly recommend Mony Reach Angkor for anyone visiting Siem Reap, as it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
