This was my second stay with Onederz. Hostel is very well located (central to all attractions). Pool and rooftop bar were great with views of the city. Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms and strong shower. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Great tour options from within.

As is the case with Onederz, the "privacy" curtains only cover about a third (maybe less) of your bunk making things a bit awkward. Also WiFi barely worked from my room. Had to keep going downstairs to the common area for service.

This is hands down the best hostel I have ever been to! Staff and check in experience was amazing - we had a private room and they were kind enough to check us in early. The ground floor has a large social area and resturant & bar overlooking the pool. Food options are great and very reasonably priced, as well as the bar. Really beautiful and clean facilities. Multiple pools - the rooftop pool was a vibe with a DJ and bar! We attened a quiz evening, which was well organised. Our room was lovely, and had a small fridge, kettel and free water bottles. The hostel and room smelled lovely too!

Staff were amazing, and couldn't do enough to help. We also did 3 organised tours and all were excellent. The guide for Angkor Wat was very very good and the food tour was very fun. The facilities are good, 3 pools, restaurant, Bar etc. The cooked food is decent at the restaurant, had an amazing salad and some great summer rolls. The bakery stuff like croissants cakes etc is maybe a bit overpriced and average in taste maybe, but general food and drink is good and cheap, and cheap beers, good, cheap cocktails. They put on so many events which is great - yoga, movie night, socials etc. Location is super central. Everything very clean. I stayed in a private room which was good, which even though they had a dj night you couldn't really hear the music as it was far from the bar. I liked that they did events and had a vibe, but it wasn't a party hostel. Easy to meet people but not a ravey place.

The water went off twice which wasn't ideal! Also can be tricky to get sunbeds if you get there too late.

It’s our 3d Onederz (after Phnom Penh & Koh Rong) and this one is probably the best one: - it has 3 pools (3!!) so there is always a longue chair available at some point (in the sun or the shade), they are all beautiful, but the rooftop one’s get the sun all day (with a gorgeous sunset, plus a handy bar next to it), - fantastic location (really central and ideal for Angkor Wat visit, 20 minutes away by Tuktuk), - super clean (they are always cleaning and you can’t fault the cleanliness ; it’s spotless ), - great bar and massive food choice (super fresh ingredients and you can get super cheap cocktails and even really early breakfast before heading to the temples), - great private room, - beautiful buildings and decor, - good & cheap laundry service,… But mostly the most friendly, kind and helpful staff. They are all so nice and really made our stay so special. I can’t stop recommending this chain of hostel, but Siem Reap’s one is probably the best one. Vibes are immaculate ❤️

Our favourite place we have stayed in SEA so far! The staff are amazing and were always ready to answer any questions or provide any help with booking tours. The restaurant/food is 10/10 and with a huge seating/social area too. There’s tons of activities (bracelet making/street food tour/cycling tour/yoga) on each week which is an amazing way to meet new people :) We booked a private room which was perfect, very clean & has everything you need. The hostel also has 3 pools which is amazing :) If ever we are back in Siem Reap we will definitely be booking Onederz again!

Everything was perfect!

It was one of the best accommodations for my south east asia trip. Staff were always available, friendly and happy to provide personable recommendation for the tour/sight seeing. The restaurant had variety of food options and the food was always fresh and good quality. The whole facility was clean, had warm shower and hair dryer! Dorm room was comfortable to stay as the room temperature was controlled well. Most of all I enjoyed the social vibe at the hostel with occasional party, quiz night and yoga sessions! I would choose Onederz again when I return to Cambodia!!

Every single staff member is an excellent professional, very helpful and cheerful! Excellent location, very nice activities in the facility, which features 3 pools!! The food tour is a must-do (among others, which I didn't have the time to do, unfortunately): Dara2 is an excellent guide, with great communication (and convincing) skills, he loves what he does and it shows, he's made for it! Karona and Mo were super helpful, making the tables, etc during the food tour and making sure we all enjoyed. PS: Karona has a great voice! The staff makes the difference, they're all very good!

More toilets and showers during rush hours would be a plus.

The staff was very friendly. The hostel is in a very good location and walking distance to the markets. You can chose different tours if you like. There are community events in the evening also with music but I thought it was ok. Anyway it"s good to bring earplugs if you are sensible to noise.

The only thing that was really not ok was that the cleaning of the bath rooms start around 6.30 and the cleaning team was extremly loud. This is something they neex to change as they soll a plave to sleep and on the one hand music until late and then waking guests up because of early and loud cleaning. Still a nice place :)

Our favourite hostel we’ve stayed at!! Couldn’t recommend enough. We stayed in the private room which was perfect, great facilities and a private wing pool right by our room. The restaurant was amazing, so many different options of local and western food for pretty good prices. The hostel organises loads of activities and we did the tours to Angkor Wat and the floating village and both were great, really well organised and for a good price. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made the experience even better! The location was perfect, a couple of minutes walk from pub street and other markets and restaurants/cafes.

it is definitely a excellent hostel with great location, various tour options, lively vibe, clean rooms, spacious public area and resonable price. But what impress me most is the staff team. Everyone is attentive and really helpful. I really appreciate their efforts.

I just wanna say something related to laundry. I used laundry service for twice and one time was very weird that my clothes got an extremely pungent smell after been washed which was like the smell of very very inferior perfume or wash detergent and sadly it lasted for a long time, making me feel bit of dizzy when I wore them. I hope it will be improved. Anyway, I still love this place.
