The staff are so lovely! The girl at reception for me multiple tuk tuks and was always ready to help. The good staff are lovely too. This is a little far from the main pub street but that was already mentioned and I was happy with it, the tuk tuk is only $1 each way and is always quick and easy to get! Room was a really nice size and was super clean always. The staff really make this hotel!

The bed was too hard for me. This is pretty standard in Asia I know but still hard. Pool needed cleaning. Didn’t swim as it didn’t look clean enough

The room we had upstairs (R12) had 2 enormous beds that were very firm and comfortable. It was clean and very satisfactory. We left before breakfast, so can't comment on the food. There were swing seats out front which made it nice to sit outside.

The first room they offered us was downstairs and smelled so strongly of lemon air freshener that I almost gagged. I refused the room and they told me they might not have another room, so I said I would find another hotel. It was really unbearable. They decided to give us a much bigger room upstairs which smelled fine.

We stayed 6 nights, size of the room was perfect and the main criteria choosing this hotel. Everything was walkable for us, we rarely took tuk-tuk Breakfasts are nice, big a la carte menu Staff were very helpful, but sometimes English was a bit of a problem We booked our tours to Ankar Wat via hotel , everything was good. Just again communication in English was a bit hard and punctuality may vary.

I must warn you about smth no one mention here, quality of water supply they have is terrible. It smells dirty and like rusty. I found out that the water collecting container (just behind our room) was made of concrete and was rusty. I couldn’t wait to leave this place only for this reason and was using only bottled water for cleaning my face and mouth. Probably a couple of days wouldn’t be a problem, but for a week it wasn’t nice. Wi-fi - even though there is a router in a room internet quality is not suitable for video calls. audio and browsing is okaish. Also I skipped swimming in the pool, it looked not clear and clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Samnak for 4days/3nights that far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the surprisingly affordable price. My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed—they were so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of while traveling! The room was a dream—huge, airy, and thoughtfully arranged. Having so much space made my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. With such amazing service and a fantastic room, this hotel truly stands out. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Hidden place is in Siem Reap wish we had stayed more than three nights. Room was very big and clean, the pool was great look around many trees and sound of bird as I am in really natural after a day exploring, breakfast was nice as American Breakfast Omelet, The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially they are always asking when we are walking out side as: Do I need clean room? Do I have any assistant ? they are help to support and asking. I love the word that, they told me that no one perfect if stay with Samnak Lounge any problem or assistant contact front desk 24 hours.

The weather is this season is hot!

The facilities (swimming pool and pool side area were great), the staff helpfulness: very kind and accommodating. They quickly found us a lovely tuktuk driver to bring us around the Angkor Wat site and arranged bike rentals from the property in no time. I really appreciated the complimentary pick up from the airport too. There is a market just outside, perfect to soak in the atmosphere and buy fresh items too.

Not much variety in the breakfast choices unless you are a meat eater. Currently only a set menu. It was a bit difficult to find options for different requirements.

What a great hotel! From the moment we arrived at Siem Reep airport and met Mao (hope that is spelt right) the service was excellent. we were driven the hour journey from the airport to the hotel, this was a free airport transfer the hotel offered. We were given water for the journey. We arrived at the hotel to a very warm welcome, we were bought refreshing drinks which were lovely This hotel had a very tranquil feeling to it. The pool area is almost lagoon like. We had a room on the ground floor next to the pool. The restaurant is also a very short walk away from the rooms and pool area. The room was very large and nicely decorated, the bathroom was also quite big. The air conditioning unit works well but is slightly noisy. The hotel also accommodated a second night stay for us at short notice, we were very grateful to them for this. The food was good and we dined here for the duration of our stay. Mao also took us on a tour on our second day to the temples, great service!

We received a free upgrade. Rooms are huge, the beds a little hard, but this is normal in Asia. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and a bath tub. Breakfast was served and really nice breakfast options available. When we did the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat they even provided a breakfast box. All staff members were very courteous, attentive and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Value for money was exceptional!

Can't think of anything really. Maybe if you like a central location in Siem Reap this hotel is not ideal as the center can only be reached by Tuk tuk. For us this was perfect as we preferred a calm oasis out of town.

I cant say enough about how amazing the staff was there. They had a driver available for us very reasonable and we used him for 3 days. Also the hotel is built within old temple ruins, and they designed the hotel around them. It is one ofnthe most beautiful and unique stays I've ever had. Breakfast was also amazing.

The only thing would be dinner there wasn't great. But we wanted to eat out most of the time, so it really did not effect our stay.
